Quick Keto Tuna Salad
Lunchtime can be really tricky for me becauseI’m usually really busy and without time to sit down and actually eat. Thankfully I’m a creature of habit and tend to eat the somethings over and over again. It makes staying on track and meal prepping so much easier!
My go-to low carb lunch favorites are Grilled Chicken BLT served on Keto Cheesy Buns, avocado chicken salad, and this ZERO net carbs Keto Tuna Salad that I several times a week. Since this tuna salad has zero net carbs I also tend to snack on it too! I serve this quick keto tuna salad on slices of cucumbers or celery as a snack!
