I tend to under-eat if I don’t have snacks available. Although, it makes it easier for me to stick to a keto/low-carb diet when I have these healthy options available for me when I need to snack. My go-to snacks during the day have been almonds, blueberries, or a hard-boiled egg.
To add a little variety to my snack options, I decided to make Keto avocado chips. These healthy low-carb chips are a great alternative to regular chips that come loaded with carbs.
Perfect to serve with this keto salsa or any low-carb dip. These avocado chips also taste great alongside this refreshing Keto Mojito!

Keto Avocado Chips
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
Avocados
Sharp cheddar cheese
Cumin
Chili powder
Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Firstly, start by gutting your avocado and add it to a mixing bowl, then blending the avocado with a fork or food processor.
Now, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and add cumin (cayenne pepper for some kick), chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and place a scoop (about 1/2 a tablespoon) of the mixture on the baking sheet.
Keto Avocado Chips
Finally, you can smooth out your avocado chips with the back of your spoon and shape them into their “chip” shape. Get it as smooth as you can! The thinner you get it, the better the results. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until they start to get crispy on the edges.
Flip the avocado chips over and bake for another 5 minutes or until crispy. Remove andplacee on rack to cool.

KETO AVOCADO CHIPS

Ingredients
- 2 Ripe avocados
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Parchment paper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Scoop the insides of two ripe avocados into a mixing bowl.

Use a fork or a food processor to blend the avocado until it is smooth.

Mix in the shredded cheese, cumin, chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.

Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Scoop out about ½ a tablespoon of the mixture, and place it on the baking sheet.

Use the back of a spoon to smooth it out into a round “chip” shape, and get it as thin as you can. The thinner you get it, the better your results will be.

You can spray some olive oil spray on your parchment paper as well if you like.

Place the “chips” into the oven, and bake for about 10-15 minutes until they start to become crispy on the edges.

Flip the chips over, and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until crispy. Remove, and place on a rack to cool.

Serve with your favorite keto friendly salsa or dip.
