Made with an incredible cream cheese spread, these veggie roll ups are a delicious way to sneak in more vegetables!
Ranch Spread
Roll ups make the perfect lunch, snack, or party appetizer. There are endless amounts of ways to customize roll ups. I’ve made taco roll ups, club sandwich roll ups, and Philly cheesesteak roll ups.
Once you learn how to melt cheese and use it as a wrap, you’ll discover a ton of different things you can make with them.
In this chicken and veggie roll up, I used a delicious ranch spread. It’s tasty enough to use as a dip for veggies too!
Cream Cheese Spread
The cream cheese spread in these roll ups is made with a combination of ranch seasoning and cream cheese. There are just 2 grams net carbs in each roll up, so the ranch seasoning doesn’t add very many carbs.
Remember to let your cream cheese soften before you mix it with the ranch seasoning. It’s so much easier to spread onto your delicate cheese wraps when it’s soft.
Veggie Roll Ups
Do you struggle with eating vegetables? Even as adults, it can be tough to find recipes that taste good and give you plenty of serving of vegetables.
I used three different veggies in these roll-ups, and you can use all of them, or choose your favorites. Just make sure they are chopped up really small and saute them.
For these roll ups, I used broccoli, red bell peppers, and matchstick carrots. You could also use mushrooms or zucchini too.
Keto Appetizers
Ranch seasoning is the perfect thing to season your appetizers. These roll ups taste delicious with some keto turkey ranch pinwheels too.
They also taste super good with some keto ranch popcorn chicken too! Serving savory appetizers is the perfect way to balance sweet drinks and desserts at your party.
Cream Cheese Chicken Roll Ups
You can even make these cream cheese chicken roll ups ahead of time or use them in your weekly meal plan. They taste best when they are hot out of the oven, but you can eat them cold, too.
Since the wraps are made of cheese, I don’t recommend reheating them – you might accidentally melt them.
