Summertime is in full swing here and I couldn’t be happier! The days are long and lazy (for the kids lol), nights are more relaxed since we don’t have to set an alarm and we get to enjoy classic treats like The Original Bomb Pop® ! We also like to get creative and make these mini ice cream cookie kabobs with Blue Bunny® Cherry Pickin’ Chocolate® ice cream (both Blue Bunny® and Bomb Pops are available at Walmart stores nationwide) that have chunks of fresh cherries and chocolate. I love to let the kids have fun and get involved in making fun treats that we all can enjoy. Also, who doesn’t love cream?!
These mini ice cream cookie kabobs are SO easy to make and make for some great bite sized treats to keep in the freezer, pop on skewer sticks and serve on their own, or to give your bowl of ice cream an extra sweet touch. My kids have lots of fun putting these mini ice cream cookie kabobs together and often times mix different Blue Bunny® flavors when they use the sewers sticks. Along with Blue Bunny® Cherry Pickin’ Chocolate® they also love Bunny Tracks®, a delicious blend of vanilla ice cream, peanut butter bunnies, and caramel and chocolate swirls!

Ingredients:
Mini chocolate chip cookies
Small skewers sticks
Blue Bunny® ice cream of your choice
Instructions:
Create your ice cream sandwiches.
Pop onto skewer sticks.
Repeat ***Place mini ice cream cookie sandwiches on a skewer stick in freezer until ready to eat.
Serve or place inside of a bowl of ice cream or sundae as a fun garnish.
