Cheeseburger Casserole
This is a simple recipe that you can whip up in no time at all. Save this for those nights when you don’t have time to cook but you want everyone to eat something nutritious.

It’s basically just a ground beef mixture that’s baked with cheese on top. Then, you set it out and let everyone add their favorite toppings.
This cheeseburger casserole is as fun and easy to customize as a taco bar. The cheeseburger casserole is incredibly simple.
The fun part is piling it high with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and all of your favorite burger toppings.
Keto Ground Beef Casserole
Whenever I make a casserole with ground meat, I prefer to use ground beef. It has so much more flavor than ground turkey or chicken.

If you want to cut costs a bit, then try to make this with half ground beef and half ground sausage. The sausage will give the casserole a zippy flavor.
When you make keto ground beef casserole, use a lean ground beef. It’s better for you and you’ll have less grease to deal with.
You can also make this with ground turkey or chicken.
But if you use a different kind of meat, I suggest using a bit more spices. Compared to beef, poultry has a very mild flavor.
Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
There are only 4 grams net carbs in each serving of keto cheeseburger casserole. This leaves you plenty of carbs left over for toppings and sides!

I flavored the ground beef with cheeseburger toppings – ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onion. But there are a ton of ways that you can customize it!
Use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. Make it spicier by mixing in some chopped jalapeno peppers. Use spicy brown mustard instead of yellow mustard. The options are endless!
