~ Ross & Marshalls Mini Haul
After a long few days at the hospital with Joseph I finally got some time to shop for his birthday. I decided to start with buying him some clothes because this kid has grown out of everything! He’s 25 pounds and fitting into a 2t, it’s crazy! These past days haven’t given me much time to shop the stores on their new shipment days so I had to settle for whatever was left, which wasn’t much. I don’t know if it’s just the Marshalls and Ross in my area but if you don’t go the exact day that they bring in a new shipment there won’t be much of selection.
My first stop was Marshalls. I didn’t find anything that I liked in his size but I did find myself a cute pair of jeans for only $19.99.
At Ross, however, I had a lot more success. I bought him some jumpers for only $7.99, a black and white Carter’s pajama set and a mickey mouse t-shirt for the day of his birthday. On a side note; why is it so difficult to find solid, neutral colors clothes for kids? I love to dress Joseph simple, nothing too bright or cartoon-ey and I find myself having to spend more to dress him the way I like.
