This keto sorbet is perfect for summer parties. The bright colors will light up your table and the refreshing flavors will cool you down, while tasting delicious!

Keto Sorbet
It’s hot out and all you want is an ice-cold popsicle but you’re also on the keto diet. You could spend a ton of money on some ready-made keto popsicles that may or may not have a funky flavor

Or, you can make your own! I chose the later and I’m so glad I did. This sorbet isn’t just fun to eat. It’s fun to look at, too.
And there are only two ingredients – sugar-free Gatorade and granular keto-friendly sweetener. After you mix them together and let it freeze, you have a frozen treat will cool you off and replenish your electrolytes too!
We all tend to get a bit dehydrated in the summertime heat. Well, with this simple dessert, you’ll feel so much better!
What Is Sorbet
We’re all pretty familiar with keto ice cream, but what’s sorbet? Well, sorbet is also frozen and served in a bowl- just like ice cream but it’s made with fruit, sugar, and water.

There are no dairy ingredients in sorbet. This makes it an excellent choice for everyone who is lactose intolerant.
Instead of pureeing a bunch of fruit or using a juicer, I used sugar-free Gatorade. There are a lot of good reasons to do this.
Fruit tends to be higher in sugar, even though it’s natural sugar. Plus, Gatorade rehydrates you. This is something we all need during those hot summer months!
Gatorade Sorbet
How did I get the three different colors, and why are they so vibrant? The secret is to use your favorite flavors of sugar-free Gatorade.

They come in a variety of different flavors, but the pink, orange, and blue were the easiest ones for me to find. But try this recipe with any Gatorade Zero flavors that you find.
The only downside to this sorbet is that Gatorade Zero contains artificial colorings (oh, shocker!). In all honesty, it’s ok if you don’t want to eat anything with artificial colors or food dyes.
You can also make a thirst-quenching sorbet out of frozen sugar-free lemonade. Add a little bit of strawberries to turn it pink!
Homemade Sorbet
The hardest part of this recipe is waiting for it to freeze! Don’t check on it and don’t mess with the pan while it’s freezing and setting.

If you do, it will just take longer to freeze completely. There are a lot of other things you can make with these ingredients.
Pour the liquid into some ice cube trays. Then, you can pop a few ice cube sorbets out of the freezer and enjoy a small snack.
You could also make keto-friendly popsicles, too. Go buy your favorite silicone mold in whatever shape you like.
Then make some cute little Gatorade popsicles!
Keto Summer Dessert
What are your favorite types of dessert to eat when it’s hot outside? I love anything that’s frozen or sweet.

It just makes me feel better! I have a bunch of frozen keto dessert recipes you can try. All of them will taste perfect with a bowl of sorbet on the side.
My keto Frozen Cottage Cheese Bark has swirls of chocolate and is topped with nuts. And Keto Frozen Yogurt Bark is topped with sunflower seeds and fresh berries.
If you want something creamy and cold (but not frozen) then make my Low-Carb Blueberry fluff. It’s a fantastic way to wind down after a busy day.
