Kielbasa Cauliflower Soup
Whether you call it a Polish sausage or kielbasa, this zesty smoked sausage is perfect in the creamy soup. It has so much flavor that you won’t have to add very many more spices.
I added some Cajun seasoning and minced garlic, but those are the only spices. If you want the soup to taste milder, leave the Cajun seasoning out.
Here’s another tip. If you want to make the soup easier for kids to eat, chop up the kielbasa into smaller pieces.
I prefer large pieces of sausage and vegetables in my soups, so I kept the meat and veggies a pretty large size.
Keto Chowder
A chowder is basically a really thick and creamy soup. After making low-carb bacon cauliflower chowder, I wanted to make a version that is more filling, with more protein.
So, I changed the recipe up a bit and used kielbasa and the result is amazing! If this is the only thing you eat for lunch, you won’t be hungry after.
I’ve made other choweders before, too. My keto chicken alfredo soup is basically a chicken and broccoli chowder and my keto Reuben soup is just as creamy as the best chowder out there.
What To Eat With Soup
This cauliflower soup has ingredients that will go with almost anything that you make. Serve it for dinner with a serving of low-carb feta and tomato stuffed spaghetti squash.
If you want something with a bit more spice, make some keto popper shrimp stuffed peppers for dinner.
Soup is also the perfect thing to eat for lunch. Serve this soup with some keto dill pickle chicken fritters or make some keto chicken bacon ranch roll-ups on the side.
How To Store Soup
Use creamy cauliflower soup in your meal prep. Store it in an airtight and spill-proof container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
You can also freeze the soup, too! Let it cool completely, then place it in a freezer-safe and resealable food storage bag.
Put the bag of soup on a baking tray and place it in the freezer. After it’s frozen solid, remove the baking sheet. Keep it in the freezer for up to six months.

- Butter
- Onion
- Green Bell Pepper
- Celery

Directions
Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Stir in the onions, peppers and celery, and saute until softened.
Mix in the garlic, cajun seasoning and kielbasa, and saute for 2 minutes.
Add in the cauliflower florets, and pour in the chicken broth.
Cover and simmer over medium low heat until the cauliflower is beginning to soften. Stir in the heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese, and simmer for 5 minutes longer before serving.

- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery chopped

- 12 ounces Sliced Kielbasa
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
