Thankfully this carrot-shaped Easter cheese ball recipe was easy to keep low carb! I’ll be serving it with celery, cucumber slices, and for some crunch, I might even include some pork rinds too!

I’ve made this cheese ball for the kids on most Easter’s, but these are so easy to make that they’ll get to enjoy making them as well as eating them. It’s an Easter activity and a snack in one! Honestly, it’s as much fun for me as it is for them. With their help, it’s just that much more fun! Maybe in the future, I hope they’ll take over and make it their own Easter tradition.

With such few ingredients, you’ll wonder why all low carb snacks aren’t as easy as making this Easter cheese ball!
Ingredients To Make This Cheese Ball
2 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
5 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 bunch of parsley
Plastic wrap
How To Make This Keto Easter Cheese Ball
In a large bowl add cream cheese, bacon, 1 cup of shredded cheese, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix until completely blended.
Add mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap, shape the mixture into the shape of a carrot. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator, remove plastic wrap and coat the outside of the cheese mixture with the remaining shredded cheese.
When ready to serve poke top of the easter ball with a few stems of parsley!
Optional: Place the remaining parsley under the plates so that all the leaves blend together!
