Eat them for lunch, snack, or serve them at a party. Bacon-wrapped pickles are so tasty you’ll find an excuse to make them.
Pickle Poppers
Are you a fan of cheesy jalapeno poppers? If so, you’ve got to make these pickle poppers. The idea is the same. Just like with jalapeno poppers, you’ll deseed and hollow out the pickle halves and stuff them with your favorite meat mixture.
But what really sets these pickle poppers apart from other apps is that you’ll finish them off by wrapping them with bacon.
It’s the bacon that puts them over the top! Well, the bacon and the BBQ rub seasoning. All in all, these little pickle bites will become the favorite thing you serve at parties.
Easy Appetizer
When you’re hosting a party, the last thing you want is to have to make difficult apps. These bacon-wrapped pickles are so easy to make that you’ll have plenty of time to make other things too – like my favorite antipasto skewers.
Plus, you can serve them on a platter and guests can serve themselves.
If you want to make them ahead of time, store them in the fridge for up to three days and then reheat them in the air fryer or oven.
Bacon-Wrapped Pickles
Since you’ll be baking the bacon-wrapped pickles, I suggest using thin-sliced bacon. Thick-sliced will take a lot longer to bake fully.
If you want, you can use turkey bacon or your favorite bacon that is made from a meat alternative.
And to really make the pickles burst with flavor, try this recipe with spicy pickle spears!
Pickle App
Even if you’re not serving them at a party, you can eat them for lunch with some of my other favorite appetizer recipes. I like to eat these bacon-wrapped pickles with some crispy keto crackers.
I also like to eat them with some keto tomato cream cheese pinwheels and chicken yakitori skewers.
The BBQ rub seasoning tastes delicious with a little surf and turf – steak and shrimp kabobs.
Bacon Appetizers
I love bacon and the fact that you can eat lots of it on the keto diet is one of my favorite things! So, make these bacon-wrapped pickles with my other favorite bacon-wrapped recipes.
Keto bacon wrapped cabbage is a tasty way to eat a high-fiber vegetable. Or, make some keto bacon wrapped mozzarella sticks for a game-day party.
If you do, these low carb BBQ bacon wrapped pickles taste amazing with them! And you can never go wrong with keto bacon wrapped shrimp. Everyone loves them.
