Turn your favorite lunch into a holiday meal that kids dig into! This low-carb holiday crunchwrap is filled with cranberries and veggies.
Holiday Crunchwrap
Turn on your favorite Christmas station and get ready to wrap gifts – this crispy crunch wrap is filled with holiday flavors and is the perfect lunch to get you into the holiday spirit. Shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, green beans, and stuffing – it’s like a holiday meal that you can take with you.
As good as the crispy tortilla is, adding turkey gravy for dipping is one of the best parts of all! This is optional, but I really suggest making it.
The crunchwrap tastes even better when you dip it in the savory gravy.
Christmas Crunch Wrap
These tasty and portable fried wraps just look like Christmas, don’t they? I love the bright red cranberries and deep green from the green beans.
There are two recipes that you will need before you begin. First, make sure you cook some keto cranberry sauce because the one from the can will have way too many carbs.
Next, make some keto sausage stuffing. Any type of low-carb stuffing will work, but I prefer the kind made with sausage.
It adds more protein and the savory flavors mix perfectly with the veggies and turkey.
Low-Carb Crunchwrap
There are 7 grams net carbs in each crunchwrap. That means that each one is terrifically filling.
One crunchwrap is enough for a meal on its own. And with 7 grams net carbs, there’s room for a side dish or two.
If you’re having trouble folding the edges in to look like a Taco Bell crunch wrap, then I have good news for you. You can fold it in any shape that you like.
Roll it like a burrito or fold it in half like a quesadilla. The shape doesn’t effect the taste – it just makes it look fun!
Cranberry Crunchwrap
What is your favorite kind of keto-friendly tortilla? There are several different kinds.
To choose, read the ingredients and nutrition label and buy the one that fits your food values. I usually prefer the zero carb tortillas from Mission.
For these crunchwraps, you will need to use large tortillas. The street taco sized ones will not be large enough.
So the La Banderita Carb Counter tortillas are the perfect size and there are only 2 grams net carbs in each tortilla.
What To Eat With Crunchwraps
If you’re going to eat them for lunch, then make some keto Italian pinwheels to go with them. Both recipes use low-carb tortillas, so they will be easy to make together.
Make some other finger-food faves like keto boursin roll-ups or keto dill pickle chicken fritters – you won’t go wrong.
Or serve the crunch wrap with something sweet. Keto pumpkin cinnamon muffins are delicious. And Keto air fryer chocolate peanut butter bites are super addicting.
