Upside down strawberries and whipped cream turn into little mini Santa hats! These low-carb Santa hat brownies are a MUST!
Santa Hat Brownies
These are the cutest little desserts! Kids will love them and you’ll love making them.
They’re the perfect desserts to make for parties, too! They’re gluten-free and perfect for anyone with food sensitivities.
Plus, strawberries are so good for you, that you’re making tasty desserts that are surprisingly nutritious. Since they only take 18 minutes to bake, you can whip up a batch right before the party.
You’ll be proud to show them off and everyone will want to eat them up. They have a fudgy taste and cake-like texture that is so good it’s hard to stop eating them.
Christmas Brownies
Before you get started making these cute little brownies, there are a few kitchen tools that will make it a lot easier. First, I suggest making the brownies in a mini muffin tin.
This way, they will be the perfect size for the strawberries.
Next, you’ll also need a piping bag. You’ll use it to add the whipped cream on top of the brownies, and to add the tiny dot of whipped cream on top of the strawberries.
If you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a Ziploc bag and cut the bottom corner off to make a homemade piping bag.
Low-Carb Brownies
In order to keep the brownies low in carbs, I didn’t add any mix-ins to the brownie batter. But if you don’t mind adding a few more carbs to them, there are a few things that would taste delicious in the batter.
Chopped walnuts are often added to brownies. You could also add some keto-friendly chocolate chips.
They will make the brownies taste richer. And if you like salted caramel mochas, then add a little drizzle of sugar-free caramel sauce on top of the brownies with a sprinkle of sea salt before you add the whipped cream and strawberry.
Finally, sprinkle some coconut flakes on the plate. It will look like snow! It’s so much fun.

Just because you’re on a keto diet doesn’t mean you have to only eat meat and veggies. You can enjoy your favorite desserts, too!
If you love chocolate as much as I do, then make one of my popular keto chocolate desserts.

If you want something that isn’t as sweet then make my Keto TikTok Chocolate Covered Blueberry Bites and Keto Chocolate Oatmeal is so good for you that you can eat it for breakfast.
How To Store Brownies
Make a huge batch of brownies ahead of time. Before you add the whipped cream and strawberries, store the brownies in an airtight container and keep them at room temperature.
Eat or decorate the brownies within a week. After you add the whipped cream and strawberries, you need to store them in the refrigerator for about three days.
You can freeze homemade brownies, too. Wrap each brownie in aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
Then place the brownies in a freezer-safe bag or container. Eat them within six months.
