Keto Jello Dessert
If you browse the recipes on this blog, you’ll discover a trend. I like really easy recipes. This no-bake keto Jello dessert is another really simple recipe. The most time-consuming part of it is waiting the 3 hours for it to set in the refrigerator.
The strawberry Jello gives it a festive red color. Add some white keto whipped cream and green sprinkles and you have the perfect Christmas dessert.
Low-Carb Jello Fluff
What is Jello fluff? It’s the most amazing dessert you have ever tasted! Basically, the Jello gives a fluffy texture to the whipped cream cheese mixture. It reminds me of a light and airy mousse.
In fact, there are a lot of different ways you can serve this. Add it on top of your favorite keto pie crust for a strawberry fluff pie. Or, place it in individual shot glasses and serve with mini spoons for the perfect little party dessert.
I like to keep some in the refrigerator and snack on it whenever a craving for something sweet hits me. Since I used cream cheese and heavy whipping cream, it fills me and keeps me feeling full until the next meal.
No-Bake Keto Dessert
This dessert is a really easy no-bake recipe. You just make the keto whipped cream cheese mixture and combine it with the Jello mixture. Then, put it all in the refrigerator until it thickens.
I love making no-bake desserts when I am too busy to babysit the oven. Mix, whip, combine, and chill – it’s so simple!
You can use any type of Jello in this recipe, as long as it is sugar-free. I like strawberry because it is festive for the holidays. Make three different kinds – strawberry, vanilla, and lime – and layer it in a trifle dish. Now you have a low-carb dessert that looks impressive at parties!
Low-Carb Fluff
This low-carb fluff recipe is so much fun to make with kids! I don’t let them mess around with the boiling water. But they sure do like stirring the cold Jello mixture after I add it to the whipped cream cheese.
If you have a stand mixer, you can even let them pour in the powdered sugar substitute.
All kids love the part where they get to lick the spoon!
Keto Jello Fluff
This is the perfect holiday dessert because you can make it ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until the party starts. Store it in a container with an airtight lid. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days.
Have fun with the garnishing too. Maybe add some sugar-free chocolate shavings on top. Or add your favorite sugar-free sprinkles. Decorate the bowl with slices of fresh strawberries and a few sprigs of mint.
This fluff recipe is so delicious that everyone is going to ask you for the recipe!
