- After it is frozen, you can remove the baking sheet.
One more tip: label the resealable bag with the recipe name and the date so that you know when to cook it. This will last about 3 months in the freezer.

Ingredients:
- Ground beef
- Frozen cauliflower florets
- Cut green beans (I used frozen)
- Frozen, peppers, onions and celery mix
- Minced garlic
- Tomato paste
- Italian seasoning
- Beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
The very first step is to brown the ground beef. I do this in a separate skillet so that I can drain the excess grease from it before adding the rest of the ingredients.
Stir the onions, peppers, and celery mixture into the pot.
Next, add the Italian seasoning to the ground beef mixture.
Add just a tablespoon of tomato paste to the soup next.
Next, add as much minced garlic as you want. I suggest adding at least a teaspoon of minced garlic.
Mix in the cauliflower florets and green beans. The easiest way to do this is to use frozen vegetables. It saves on prep time.
You can add as many vegetables as you want.
Pour the beef broth into the pot to cover the ingredients.
Reduce the temperature to a simmer, and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and cooked through.
