There are so many ways to make this keto Caesar chicken thigh recipe. This is a super-easy idea with lots of low-carb shortcuts. This is a super-easy dinner idea!
Is Caesar Dressing Keto
Most Caesar dressings that you buy from the store are not keto-friendly because they are made with corn syrup or added sugar. Always read the labels before you buy it.
This chicken recipe has the classic Caesar salad dressing flavor but it only has 2g net carb in each serving.
Crispy Caesar Chicken
This chicken is super-easy to make. If you have ever baked chicken nuggets, then you can make these! All you have to do is sear the chicken in a skillet. Then, top the chicken with the dressing and bake it!
Make sure the chicken is completely cooked. The most reliable way to tell if a chicken is completely cooked is to use an instant-read food thermometer. Chicken is fully cooked at 165 degrees F.
Caesar Chicken Thighs
Use any type of chicken that is on sale for the lowest price from your grocery store. I used chicken thighs, but you can make these with drumsticks or chicken breasts.
Keep in mind that if you use a different part of the chicken, the cooking times will change. That is why I prefer to use an instant-read food thermometer.
Keto Skillet Chicken Dinner
There are lots of different things you can serve with the chicken to make it a complete dinner. Kids love it with keto onion rings!
Another classic side dish that goes really well with the chicken is garlic mashed cauliflower. It’s creamy and filled with the same flavors. Then add some bacon-wrapped asparagus and you have a really filling dinner.
Baked Chicken Thighs With Caesar Dressing
This is another recipe that makes me so glad I have a cast-iron skillet. You’ll sear the chicken first and then transfer it to the oven for it to cook the rest of the way. When you use a cast-iron skillet, you will have few pans to wash. It’s so handy!
Low Carb Caesar Dressing
The easiest way to make this recipe is with a jar of low-carb Caesar dressing. Just look for a jar that is sugar-free.
Or, you can make your own! This is my homemade low-carb Caesar dressing recipe. To make it, you need mayo, olive oil, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper. That’s it!
