Sweeten your favorite dish and fall in love all over again. Keto honey butter chicken alfredo is creamy, buttery, and surprisingly low-carb.

Keto Honey Butter Chicken
Unlike other alfredo dishes I’ve made in the past, this one doesn’t have any pasta. Nope, it’s made with chicken, broccoli, and a bunch of spices.

Oh, and I made the alfredo sauce homemade too! I kept it as simple as possible.
This is a perfect recipe for busy weeknights when you don’t have time to marinate or do a bunch of steps. The creamy alfredo sauce is made with simple pantry ingredients – butter, garlic, heavy whipping cream, and parmesan cheese.
Keep reading and I’ll share some of my favorite recipe twists and a few ways to speed up the dinner-making process.
Keto Chicken Alfredo
This chicken alfredo recipe only takes about 30 minutes to make, from start to finish. The part that takes the longest is cooking the chicken.

But making the alfredo sauce is also a bit time-consuming. If you want to speed up the process a bit, make the chicken ahead of time. Then, all you have to do is warm it up on the stove.
You can also speed up the cooking process by using frozen steamed broccoli. Steam it in the microwave, drain it, and then add it to the skillet.
To keep the broccoli from becoming too soft, I suggest heating it up for a minute less than the bag says. Then, the broccoli will warm up the rest of the way in the skillet.
Honey Butter Chicken Alfredo
Yes, you read this correctly. It’s a low-carb recipe that is sweetened with honey flavors.

I used sugar-free honey to get that sticky-sweetness and it was the perfect way to round out the saltiness from the soy sauce. And if you want to give it a bit of heat, add some red pepper flakes to the chicken too.
If you aren’t a fan of broccoli, replace it with your favorite low-carb vegetable. Try it with cauliflower, zucchini, or green beans.
In fact, I think that chicken and green beans will taste incredible with the alfredo sauce.
What To Eat With Chicken Alfredo
I love creating complete dinners in one skillet – and that’s exactly what this is. It’s the perfect thing to make when you don’t have time to fuss with making a bunch of side dishes.

If you have a little extra time and want to serve a few other things with it, I have some easy ideas for you!
A soup is the best way to add something light to your meal. And my keto broccoli cream soup is simple and bursting with fresh flavors from herbs. (Plus it matches the broccoli in your alfredo).
For a salad, I suggest making keto warm green bean salad with almonds. The color and flavor will go so well with the honey chicken alfredo.
Then, for dessert, make a low-carb strawberry pretzel parfait. It’s a balance of sweet and salty flavors that are the perfect ending to the meal.
Chicken Alfredo Without Pasta
The entire recipe is made with just chicken, broccoli, spices, and sauce ingredients. You don’t have to worry about low-carb pasta.

But if you’re craving some pasta, I have some ideas for you.
Try this with some palmini noodles. They are really high in fiber.
And if you have some carbs left over in your macros, use zucchini noodles. They have a few more carbs but they add incredible color to the skillet recipe.
