These keto pumpkin spice donut holes are delightfully gluten-free and a perfect fall breakfast or snack. Only 1g net carb in each donut hole!
Keto Pumpkin Donut Holes
These pumpkin donut holes are sweet with the unmistakable taste of pumpkin spice. They taste just like the yeasty donut holes you might buy from the local bakery, but they are gluten-free, sugar-free, and keto-friendly! When you crave those pumpkin desserts, make these. They feel like you are indulging, but each donut hole only has 1g net carbs, so you can eat more than one.
Keto Pumpkin Dessert
I topped the donut holes with a delicious cinnamon-sugar (substitute) topping. It tastes like cinnamon sugar, but I used Swerve sugar substitute. It tastes exactly the same.
The fun thing about these donut holes is that you can change the toppings! Instead of my cinnamon sugar topping, maybe dust them with some confectioner’s sugar substitute. Or, drizzle them with some melted sugar-free chocolate chips.
They also taste perfect without any toppings at all! Serving them plain is a lot faster and still tastes delicious.
Keto Fall Desserts
These donut holes don’t require any messy deep-frying. They are baked keto donut holes that are so easy to make that your kids will be able to help you make them. If you have ever baked cookies, you can make these donut holes.
I suggest using an electric mixer to beat the batter. This will help everything really mix together faster. It saves you time and energy. If you don’t have an electric mixer, you can do it by hand, it will just take longer.
After you bake them, these donut holes are the most amazing fall dessert! If you are planning a fall brunch or party, serve them with keto cinnamon rolls. Or if you don’t want to spend lots of time in the kitchen, make some no-bake low-carb carrot cake bars. Both choices are some of my favorite keto fall desserts.
Keto Pumpkin Breakfast
These are the perfect breakfast. If you are really in the mood for lots of pumpkin, then make some pumpkin chaffles too! Talk about a pumpkin spice celebration!
Make a big batch on the weekend and then eat them for breakfast throughout the week. Store the pumpkin spice donut holes in a bag or airtight container and keep it at room temperature.
They will stay fresh at room temperature for about 5 days. If you want them to last longer, store them in the refrigerator.
There are lots of ways that you can customize these donut holes too! Add some sugar-free chocolate chips to the batter. To make them taste like pumpkin pie, dip the baked donut holes in some keto-friendly whipped cream.
These keto pumpkin spice donut holes make a healthy breakfast by themselves. Or, you can serve them with a savory keto breakfast skillet. If you are going to make them for a family breakfast, then make some keto breakfast rollups for them too.
Easy Pumpkin Snacks
These easy keto pumpkin spice donut holes also make delicious and high-protein snacks too. Yes, they really are a good source of protein! I used almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese in the donuts – all of those ingredients are excellent sources of protein.
Plus, did you know that pumpkin is actually healthy for you? It is! You’ll feel good letting your kiddos eat these sugar-free donut holes because they are a good source of vitamin A and fiber.
