This is a hearty family dinner without any carbs (and it’s easy to make it kid-friendly, too!). Whip up keto cheesy chili skillet in minutes.

Chili Skillet
If you’re the type of person who loves to smother your chili with cheese, then this is the perfect recipe to make for dinner.

Ground beef, veggies, an incredible combination of spices – all cooked in beef broth and topped with cheese.
This cheesy chili skillet is kid-friendly and the perfect base for tons of dinner ideas.
This easy meal is ready in half an hour. It’s a simple thing to make when you’re too tired to make something complicated. And you can save the leftovers to eat in your meal prep throughout the week.
Plus, you can control how mild or spicy it tastes. Keep reading and I’ll share all of this and more.
Keto Chili Skillet
I enjoy buying ground beef in bulk and making recipes like this one. This recipe uses just one pound of ground beef.

But it will also taste just as delicious if you mix in some ground pork or make it with ground chicken or turkey.
If you use poultry, it won’t have as much flavor, so I suggest adding more chili powder and spices.
There are six grams net carbs in each serving of this bean-free keto chili skillet. Most of those carbs come from the veggies and diced tomatoes.
If you need to decrease the carbs, I suggest using half the amount of tomatoes and only half of the green bell pepper.
It will still taste just as delicious.
Keto Cheesy Chili
Add this to your list of recipes that are easy to make ahead of time. In fact, if you want to make it a day or two early, store it in a casserole dish that has an airtight lid.

Then, when you’re ready to serve it again, heat it up in the oven so the cheese melts again. The chili skillet will stay fresh in the fridge for up to three days.
This is also a freezer-friendly meal, too. Store the cooked chili skillet in a freezer-safe container. It will stay fresh in the freezer for up to six months.
Keto Beanless Chili
Chili is one of the best kinds of comfort foods to make when it’s cold outside. And I’ve made a few different versions before.

If you’re craving pumpkin flavors, then make my low-carb pumpkin chili sloppy joe skillet or my keto pumpkin chili with ground beef. Or for something completely unique, make low-carb Greek chicken chili.
But this keto beanless chili skillet has all the classic chili flavors in one easy dish. In addition to the ground beef, garlic, onion, pepper, and tomatoes, it’s spiced with chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
If you want it to have even more heat, add some red pepper flakes or drizzle hot sauce on top right before you serve it.
What To Eat With Chili
Since it’s made with peppers, tomatoes, and cauliflower rice, this hearty skillet meal is filling without needing any side dishes with it. In fact, all you need is something that could be a low-carb substitute of bread.

To get more veggies, make some Keto Cheesy Cauliflower Breadsticks.
I love how the cheesy breadsticks pair with the chili. You can also go with a classic side dish—easy skillet cornbread.
It’s a keto-friendly recipe that doesn’t use cornmeal. Kids and adults also love to eat keto air fryer fritters and keto scalloped turnips with chili too.
