Make your favorite bite-sized treats without all the carbs. These keto Christmas cake pop balls are fun for parties, snacks, or desserts.

What Are Cake Pops
Cake pops are a fun way to eat cake. The inside is a cake and frosting mixture, and the outside is usually melted chocolate.

I added festive sprinkles but they are totally optional.
Keto Holiday Dessert
These holiday cake bites are small and portable which is why they are a popular dessert for parties. Adding a stick makes them even easier to serve but you can also just serve them in small festive cups.

Both kids and adults love them, and they are easy to hand out individually without having to slice or serve the cake.
This cake pops recipe is a basic vanilla one, but there are a ton of different ways you can change and customize it. Keep reading and I’ll share some of my favorite ideas.
How To Make Cake Pops
If you have any leftover low-carb cake – like keto carrot mug cake – you can use that to make these cake pops. But I don’t always have leftover cake or cupcakes, so I created a recipe that makes cake pops with a low carb cake mix.

I bought my low carb cake mix on Amazon but you can also find them at Walmart and Sprouts.
All you need to do is combine all the cake ingredients together, bake the cake, crumble the cake and add icing. Then you’ll roll and form the balls and dip them into the chocolate and top with sprinkles.
Keto Christmas Cake Balls
Feel free to deviate from this recipe and make it your own! If you have leftover keto chocolate cupcakes with peppermint frosting, then use them instead of the cake mix or sprinkle in some cocoa powder to make chocolate cake pops.

If you make any changes to this recipe, let me know in the comments.
Keto Frosting
All cake pops are held together with some type of frosting. For my keto cake pops, I used store bought keto icing.

You could also use the keto frosting recipe from this keto fruit pizza recipe. It has a lot of similar ingredients, since keto cream cheese frosting is a pretty easy thing to make!
Easy Keto Dessert Recipe
This is one of the easiest dessert recipes you’ll make! It’s perfect for parties.
