This recipe gives you everything you need to recreate your favorite salad in your kitchen! This copycat Chick-Fil-A cobb salad is a MUST!
Keto Cobb Salad
You won’t be able to tell a difference between this salad and the one you buy from Chick-Fil-A! It’s a wonderful way to not just save money, but time, too.
You’re really going to love everything about this recipe. Not only does it have the ingredients for the cobb salad, but I also share how to make tiny keto nugget bites and how to recreate the tangy avocado lime ranch dressing.
I like to make a big batch of this salad and split it up over a few days. You won’t get tired of it!
Copycat Chick-Fil-A Cobb Salad
The base of the salad is lettuce, cheese, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, and bacon. You can add as much bacon as you want without affecting the carb count.
There are a few other swaps you can make to this salad to change things up, if you want. Add some kale and baby spinach to the salad. Add more hard boiled eggs, and chop up some cucumbers for a little extra crunch.
Keto Avocado Lime Dressing
Save this recipe even if it’s just to keep the recipe for the low-carb avocado lime dressing. I love to use it on all my chopped salads that I eat for lunch.
The secret to the dressing is fresh dill and real avocado. Don’t forget the fresh lime juice! All of the ingredients mix together to make a creamy, zesty, slightly-sweet salad dressing that tastes good with any combination of salad ingredients.
Low-Carb Chicken Nuggets
Did you know that Chick-Fil-A uses pickle juice in their chicken nuggets? It’s true! So, to keep my nuggets tasting just as good, I used pickle juice too.
You can choose to make the chicken with or without the breading. For low-carb breading, use almond flour (not almond meal) and some crushed pork rinds.
What To Eat With Salad
I love eating this salad as my lunch. You don’t really need to eat anything else with it. The avocado dressing is so high in fat that it fills you up.
If you want to eat something with it, I suggest enjoying a cup of soup, like keto turmeric zucchini soup, low-carb dill pickle soup with bacon, or keto french onion soup.
If you prefer to eat sandwiches with your salad, then make some roll-ups instead of using bread. My favorites are keto club sandwich roll ups, keto philly cheesesteak roll ups, and keto sausage and spinach roll-ups.
Other low-carb sides that taste great with this salad include deviled eggs or keto baked avocado egg.
