Who doesn’t love a big bowl of pumpkin soup? This Creamy Keto Pumpkin Soup is the ultimate Keto comfort food and it super easy to make!
Every year, I look forward to fall! I can’t wait to take the kid pumpkin picking and drive up to the Starkey ranch and walk through their corn mazes! For now, I’ll have to settle for the fall recipes like this low carb crustless pumpkin pie and this Creamy Keto Pumpkin Soup!
Is Pumpkin Keto-Friendly?
Yes, pumpkin is naturally low in carbs so it is safe to eat on the keto diet. In every 100 grams of pumpkin there are only 5 grams of net carbs.
This soup also has healthy fats from the heavy cream. I always suggest you keep close track of your macros. I put an estimate of the nutrition information at the bottom of the recipe card.
15-Minute Soup
This pumpkin soup is made on the regular around this time of the year, and I love that it takes me less than 10 minutes to make! The anticipation of crispy fall days makes me crave all sorts of stews and soups, but this creamy kets soup that full of pumpkin flavor is my go-to! Perfect for Fall, a Halloween themed dinner, and all through those cold winter days.
What To Eat With Low-Carb Soup
What goes perfectly with a delicious and comforting bowl of Keto pumpkin soup? This Keto Cloud Bread or these low carb crackers or these low carb almond flour biscuits.
Remember to always track your macros. It’s pretty easy to eat too many carbs, even when everything you eat is supposed to be low-carb.
Can you tell I’m excited about the upcoming cooler weather? I sure do miss the beautiful seasons that we don’t really get to experience down here in Florida. I also miss being able to layer up with cozy sweaters and scarfs.
How To Make This Creamy Keto Pumpkin Soup
To make this comforting pumpkin soup you’ll only need 7 ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your pantry. You can also choose to add chicken which will give your soup some added protein. Tip: buy a premade rotisserie chicken, remove the skin, chop, and add to soup.
