Do you ever get a craving for something sweet, but feel frustrated because everything sweet seems to have too many carbs? Then you’ve got to make these peanut butter cheesecake bars! 

Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

They give you the sweet flavors you want so much without the sugar crash that usually comes with it. This is a high-protein, high-fat, and low-sugar recipe that will nourish your body.

Yup, these dessert bars are actually good for you! And since it’s a no-bake recipe, you don’t have to use your oven or air fryer.

The hardest part about this recipe is waiting for it to set in the freezer.

Cheesecake bars are the perfect thing to serve at parties. You can slice them up and feed a lot of people without much effort.

Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

Plus, pretty much everyone loves cheesecake! These peanut butter cheesecake bars remind me of peanut butter fudge.

If you want something sweeter, then make some pumpkin cheesecake bars or for Christmas, make some keto eggnog cheesecake bars.

There are so many different options and ways to make them. 

No-Bake Cheesecake Bars

There are three simple layers to the cheesecake bars – the crust, peanut butter cheesecake, and chocolate layer on top. 

Whipping the peanut butter mixture

For the crust, remember to use almond flour, not almond meal. If you use almond meal, the crust will taste a bit grainy, which might distract from the smooth texture you’re trying to achieve. 

For the peanut butter layer, use creamy peanut butter. All natural peanut butter is made without added oils, so I prefer to use it.

You could use crunchy peanut butter, but it will add an interesting texture to the cheesecake. And don’t forget to use sugar-free chocolate chips for the chocolate layer on top.

If you don’t have chocolate chips, a keto-friendly or sugar-free chocolate bar can work too. 

How To Store No-Bake Bars

The best way to store no-bake cheesecake bars is to keep them in an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you keep them too long, the crust will soften. 

Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

You can also freeze the n0-bake dessert bars. Wrap the bars in parchment paper and place it in a resealable freezer bag.

Keep the bars in the freezer for up to six months.

This recipe is by far one of my favorites! Serve it at your next party with some other low-carb desserts.

Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

Stick with the cream cheese theme and make crispy keto blueberry cream cheese roll-ups. They are easy to serve on a platter at parties. 

For something simpler, make some keto TikTok frozen blueberry bites. They are made with just a few simple ingredients – in fact, kids can make them!

Serve them with another frozen dessert – frozen yogurt bark. It’s so easy that you can make it while distracted with life. 

Another recipe that will taste good with the bars is a keto protein chocolate frosty. It really tastes like the real deal and is made with chocolate or make a batch of keto cranberry pecan magic bars.

They are sweet and nutty and extremely satisfying. 

Keto No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients

Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars Mixing Ingredients

Crust: 

  • Almond Flour 
  • Coconut Flour 
  • Powdered Sugar Substitute 
  • Butter

Peanut Butter Cheesecake 

  • Cream Cheese
  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Powdered Sugar Substitute 

Chocolate Layer: 

  • Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • Heavy Whipping Cream 
  • Cream Cheese
  • Vanilla Extract 
  • Powdered Sugar Substitute 
  • Peanuts, chopped

Directions 

Adding layers to the bars

In a bowl, combine the crust ingredients. Stir well until you have a crumbly texture. Press the mixture into a parchment paper lined pan. Press firmly to create a flat crust.

Place the pan in your freezer for now.

Layering the peanut butter in a pan

In a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter cheesecake layer ingredients until smooth.

Spread the mixture on top of the crust, then return to the freezer.

Cream Cheese, sweetener, and peanut butter in a bowl

To create the chocolate layer, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla, set aside for now.

Adding milk to chocolate chips

In a microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and whipping cream. Heat at 30 second intervals until the chocolate chips have melted.

Chocolate Layer

Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until you have a smooth texture.

Keto No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bars

Spread the chocolate layer on top of the cheesecake layer. Garnish with chopped peanuts, if desired, then return to the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Remove and slice. ENJOY!

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour

  • 6 tbsp Butter melted

Peanut Butter Cheesecake

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute

Chocolate Layer

  • 2/3 cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar Substitute

Optional Topping

  • 2 tbsp Chopped peanuts
