This dip is one of the best-tasting ones! It’s called Dorito dip because I used Quest Keto Dorito chips.
The nacho-flavored chips are perfect with the ingredients in the cottage cheese dip.
This is the perfect dip for cottage cheese lovers! The tangy flavors play really well with the avocado, tomatoes, and garlic and onion.
What if you’re not a fan of cottage cheese? Then you can replace it with ricotta cheese or place the cottage cheese in a blender and puree it – bam! No more curds.
Dorito Dip
Keto Quest nacho-flavored chips are my favorite thing to dip into this zesty cottage cheese dip. But you can use any other kind of low-carb chips that you want.
Make your own tortilla chips out of keto-friendly tortillas. Or use plain pork rinds to scoop the dip.
This dip will also taste delicious with bell pepper or cucumber slices as dippers. And it’s not too thick to use cheese crisps as dippers.
But if you really love the keto nacho chips, then crumble some up and sprinkle them on top as a crunchy garnish.
Keto Dorito Dip
This dip has the texture and consistency of a creamy salsa. To make it a spread or creamier, add all the ingredients to a food processor and puree it until smooth!
Then, you can spread it on keto toast or use it on top of some keto tacos.
Do you like spicy foods? If you do, garnish the dip with some diced jalapenos. And if you want to give the dip a bolder kick, replace the onion powder with 1/4 a cup of diced red onions.
