Spice up dinner with an irresistible keto Sriracha salmon recipe. With just a few easy ingredients, this sweet and spicy seafood is a MUST!

Is Sriracha Keto 

Yes, Sriracha is a keto-friendly condiment. There are just 1.3 grams of carbs in each teaspoon. Even though there is sugar on the ingredient label, there isn’t enough sugar to throw you out of ketosis.

Keto Sriracha Salmon

In fact, you will only use one teaspoon on all four salmon fillets. It’s not enough to affect you. 

The other ingredients are chili peppers, salt, garlic, and distilled vinegar. It’s a fantastic way to add a lot of flavor to your salmon. 

Sriracha Salmon 

This is a really fantastic base recipe that you’ll be able to modify whenever you make it. If you want it to be spicier, add some red pepper flakes on top. If you want it to be sweeter, add a bit more sugar-free honey. 

Keto Sriracha Salmon

Yes, there really is sugar-free honey. It’s not really honey. It’s a liquid sweetener that tastes like honey. I love how the honey adds a rich flavor to the spicy salmon. 

Spicy Salmon 

This is the perfect salmon to make for your meal prep. Store leftover salmon in an airtight food storage container in the refrigerator for up to three days. 

Keto Sriracha Salmon

Then, you can eat it like it is or chop it up and use it on top of a salad. Or place it on top of a large piece of lettuce and make some sweet and spicy salmon wraps. 

Easy Skillet Salmon 

I like to use a cast iron skillet when I cook salmon. I feel like it gives it a deeper flavor.

Plus, you can put the entire skillet in the oven (at a low temperature) to keep it warm while you make the side dishes for your dinner. 

What To Eat With Salmon 

This salmon is both spicy and sweet and reminds me of my favorite Chinese recipes. So I like to serve it with other Chinese side dishes. A bowl of egg drop soup is the best thing to serve with it. 

Keto Sriracha Salmon

You might also want to serve some cauliflower rice with the flaky salmon. If you like pasta with your fish, then prepare some palmini noodles or zucchini noodles with it. 

If you want to stick with the Chinese food theme, you can’t go wrong with keto crab rangoon casserole. It’s a high-fat side dish that tastes just like the insides of a crab rangoon (without the deep-fried parts).

Keto Sriracha Salmon Recipe 

Here is the entire list of ingredients that you’ll need when you make keto Sriracha salmon. The exact measurements are located below within the printable recipe card.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 minutes
Servings: 4
Net Carbs: 1 net carb per serving

Ingredients:

Salmon fillets
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Sugar free honey
Sriracha sauce
Rice vinegar
Minced garlic
White pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix together 1 Tbsp of the olive oil, the soy sauce, sugar free honey, rice vinegar, garlic and white pepper to taste.

Reserve ⅓ of the marinade, and marinate the salmon in the remaining marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Add the olive oil into an oven-proof skillet over medium high heat.

Keto Sriracha Salmon
Place the salmon in the hot skillet flesh side down, and sear for 4 minutes. Flip the salmon, and sear for 3 minutes on the other side.

Baste with the remaining marinade, and place into the oven with a preheated broiler on high for 1-2 minutes to glaze.

  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil divided
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • White Pepper to taste

Instructions
