What To Eat With Bourbon Chicken
Bourbon chicken is traditionally served on top of a bed of rice. So, I suggest making your favorite cauliflower rice to serve on the side. In fact, Cajun cauliflower rice would be perfect!
For a veggie, make bacon and green beans. The mild, savory flavors pair well with the bold bourbon chicken.
And if you love the flavors of teriyaki or other Asian recipes, make some keto Chinese noodles to serve on the side. They have a lot of similar ingredients, so they are perfect with the cauliflower rice or in place of it.
