Break out from the boring tuna and mayonnaise salads. When you add red wine vinegar and Everything but the Bagel seasoning it skyrockets a typical salad to iconic status. This tastes so good you’ll swear this is a salad from your favorite deli.

I love finding new ways to eat low-carb pantry staples. Canned tuna is something I love to stock up on. It’s super budget-friendly and there are so many different ways to use it. This tuna and egg salad is one of my favorites.

There is a delicious combination of textures – from the flaky tuna to the softer eggs – and it’s all held together with a creamy sauce. 

Keto Tuna Egg Salad 

You will love budget-friendly this recipe is. Canned tuna is always easy to afford. The most expensive items in this recipe are the eggs and scallions. You don’t even have to use the scallions, but I suggest adding them.

Keto Everything But the Bagel Tuna Egg Salad

Not only do they make the tuna salad look more appetizing, but the flavors and aromas they add are unmatched as well. 

Keto Tuna Salad With Eggs

Save yourself time making this salad and boil a bunch of eggs ahead of time. You can use them in so many different ways throughout the week. Hardboiled eggs will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Keto Everything But the Bagel Tuna Egg Salad

You can also make this salad ahead of time for your meal prep. This keto tuna egg salad will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Just make sure and store it in an airtight container. I like to store it in a mason jar because the lids seal perfectly. 

Egg Salad With Everything Bagel Seasoning 

I’m a huge fan of Everything Bagel seasoning. The combination of sesame seeds and spices always makes recipes taste amazing. It was delicious on top of chicken thighs and even tastes delicious on pumpkin breadsticks.

This seasoning brings out the light flavors in the eggs and the seafood tastes from the tuna. It ties them together with salt and pepper and lots of different layers of spices. 

How To Eat Tuna Salad 

There are a lot of different ways to enjoy this salad. Serve it as a side dish with a keto Salisbury steak. Or, eat it on top of 90-second bread as a low-carb sandwich. Place this tuna salad in your favorite lettuce wraps.

INGREDIENTS:
Canned tuna 
Eggs
Green onions 
Mayo
Red wine vinegar
Everything bagel seasoning
Garnish: fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Chop hard boiled eggs and green onions.

  • 12 ounces Tuna canned and drained
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 1/3 cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Chop hard boiled eggs and green onions.
  • In a bowl combine canned tuna and chopped hard boiled eggs.
  • Stir in mayo and red wine vinegar.
  • Add chopped green onions and everything bagel seasoning. Stir well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
