Ingredients:
- Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Paprika
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Pinch of cayenne
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Melted butter
- Minced garlic
- Sugar free honey
Instructions:

Score the chicken breasts lengthwise with a sharp knife and then crossewise to form a grid pattern.

Mix together the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, cayenne and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken on both sides. Place the chicken into the tray of an air fryer, and cook at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.

Stir together the butter, garlic and honey in a bowl, and brush over the chicken breasts.

Return to the air fryer for another 2 minutes.

Baste again with the garlic butter before serving.
