There are two parts – the flaky salmon bites and the sweet and salty sauce. While the salmon is cooking in the air fryer, simmer the sauce on the stove.
Then all you have to do is brush the sauce on top of the salmon and garnish with sesame seeds. It’s so quick and easy! If you really don’t have much time, just use the sauce as a dipping sauce.

Taste the sauce before drizzling it on top of the salmon bites. You can adjust it to your taste. If you want it sweeter, add more sugar-free honey. If you want it to have a little spice, add more ginger and a drop or two of Sriracha.

Salmon fillets
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
Soy sauce
Sugar free honey
Minced garlic
Ginger paste
Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon.
Season the salmon with the onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Layer the salmon pieces into a well greased pan or rack, and place into the air fryer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy outside and cooked through.
