Low-Carb Radish Recipe
This recipe is really easy to memorize. You basically slice the radishes and sautee them with all of the ingredients. Since it’s so simple and basic, you have a lot of room for culinary creativity.

Add some red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. If you love the flavor of thyme, add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary to the skillet too. They are naturally delicious together. You could also add some fresh minced garlic for more taste too.
Any of these changes will make it taste incredible without changing how many carbs it has.
Brown Butter Radishes
When you saute radishes in olive oil and butter, the radishes will have an earthy sweetness to them that olive oil alone won’t give it.

There is a way to make it dairy-free, if you need it. Instead of butter, use ghee or coconut oil. Ghee will have better flavor. It’s clarified, which removes all dairy proteins from it. Coconut oil can work too, or use avocado oil.
Here’s another tip: Slice the radishes evenly so they cook at the same rate. The easiest way to do this is to use a mandolin slicer or a food process.
Sauteed Radishes
Sauteed radishes are the perfect thing to add to your weekly meal plan. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

The radishes might soften a bit, so eat them as soon as possible to get the best results.
What To Eat With Radishes
Since radishes have such a strong flavor, it’s best to serve them with a milder meat like chicken or pork. Spatchcock chicken is filled with herbs and tastes incredible with earthy radishes.

For something with a stronger flavor, make some balsamic chicken thighs.
If you like pork, make some pork chops in tomato cream sauce. The pork chops come out juicy and zesty every single time. Slow cooker pork shoulder is sweeter and pulls apart easily.
Creamy keto ranch pork chops are a huge hit with kids! They are full of creamy flavors.
