Make your holiday centerpiece this stunning (and tasty) low-carb charcuterie wreath. It’s easy and impressive at the same time.

What Is Charcuterie
Did you know that the word charcuterie is French? This word refers to cured meats and how to prepare and present them beautifully.

So a charcuterie board always involves showing off cured meats in a lovely way. But today there are millions of different ways to create a charcuterie board (and things to add to it).
At their most pure form, charcuterie boards are naturally keto-friendly. You just can’t go wrong with meat, cheese, and nuts.
Some boards also include other things like fruits and crackers. But anytime I make a charcuterie board, I’ll always make sure everything on it is low-carb.
Charcuterie Wreath
My charcuterie wreath is perfect to set out and serve during the winter holidays. It looks just like a Christmas wreath!

The fresh rosemary sprigs look like the evergreen leaves on a Christmas tree. And since it’s arranged in a circle, this is one of the easiest charcuterie boards you will ever put together.
You only need two kitchen supplies. First, you’ll need a beautiful serving tray or cutting board to set all the meat and cheese on.
I used a round cutting board to go with the wreath theme. Then, you will need long decorative toothpicks.
They will keep the meat, cheese, and tomatoes together. And the toothpicks also make it easier for your guests to eat too.
Low-Carb Charcuterie
This simple low-carb charcuterie wreath takes just 30 minutes to put together. It’s the perfect last-minute holiday appetizer or snack.

In fact, you can save even more time when you buy cheese that’s already cut into cubes!
And have fun with the ingredients in the charcuterie wreath. I added green olives, pickles, cheese, tomatoes, and cured meat.
You can leave out the olives or replace them with other pickled veggies (like pepperoncini or pickled okra). But the most fun way to change this recipe is to use different types of cheese.
Best Cheese For Charcuterie
For this charcuterie wreath, I used a combination of pepper jack, Colby jack, and cheddar cheese. But use this wreath as an excuse to browse the gourmet cheese case at the grocery store and try something new.

In addition to gouda and parmesan, you can also find cheese infused with wine and bourbon or even horseradish. Since the cheese in this charcuterie wreath has to stick on the toothpicks, I suggest using a hard or semi hard cheese.
The softer cheeses probably won’t stick on the toothpicks as well.
What To Eat With Charcuterie
What should you serve with the charcuterie wreath? I suggest adding some other low-carb options to the side, like keto cheese crackers, sliced veggies, or mixed nuts.
You can also find a lot of low-carb or keto-friendly crackers at the store, too.
For something sweet, make either keto Reese’s dip or keto air fryer cinnamon sugar twists or both!
