Are you a fan of breakfast bakes, quiches, or frittatas? Then you are really going to like this creative egg recipe. It’s as easy as mixing the ingredients and pouring them into the baking dish. Then, the oven does the rest of the work!

Most people tend to think of eggs as a breakfast protein. If that’s you, then this is a savory new breakfast idea you should definitely try. 

You can also enjoy this casserole as a brunch item, for lunch, or even for dinner! All the different ingredients combine to make it delicious any time of day. 

Keto Egg Pizza Recipe

It is really easy to customize this simple egg pizza recipe – just use different toppings.  My recipe is super basic. The only toppings I used are shredded mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, and marinara sauce.

Sprinkle on different types of cheese – pepper jack has a wonderful kick to it! For a little more heat, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top. You could also replace the pepperoni with ground sausage or even bacon. 

Do you like veggies on your pizza? Add some mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Create your own flavor combinations – that’s the fun part.

To save myself some time, I just bought a jar of keto-friendly marinara sauce. You can definitely make your own if you want, but a jar is so much easier.

My favorite brand is Rao’s Homemade. They only use whole ingredients and don’t add any sugar. The back of the jar reads like a recipe – you can actually picture all the ingredients they used. It tastes homemade too – so it will help your casserole taste amazing.

This low-carb pizza egg casserole tastes delicious even after you reheat it the next day. Use it as a part of your meal prep. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Then, just heat it back up in the microwave.

Since this delicious crustless pizza bake tastes perfect any time of day, you can also serve any number of things along with it.

Low-Carb Pizza Casserole Recipe 

Below are the ingredients that you’ll need to make this delicious low-carb pizza casserole. Exact measurements and directions are located in the printable recipe card, just a little bit further below. 

Ingredients:

Marinara sauce (my favorite is Rao’s Marinara)
Italian seasoning
Mini pepperoni
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Eggs
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together the marinara and Italian seasoning. To this mixture, add the pepperoni and mozzarella cheese. Stir to evenly distribute the ingredients.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Beat in salt and pepper.

Stir the eggs into the pepperoni mixture until evenly blended.

Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish and spread in an even layer.
