Keto Ranch Chicken Thighs
Ranch is the perfect seasoning for chicken thighs! I’ve made all sorts of ranch chicken recipes before.
I love to make crockpot ranch chicken stew on rainy days. And my keto cheddar ranch chicken burgers are served with a lip-smacking BBQ cream sauce.

When you make the ranch chicken thighs, remember to use boneless and skinless chicken thighs. They will cook so much faster than the kind with the bones in.
Oh, and for a bolder flavor, shred some fresh parmesan and cheddar cheese at home. The pre-shredded bags from the grocery store will work too, but the flavor is muted.
Cheesy Ranch Chicken
Can you make the baked ranch chicken thighs with chicken breasts? Yes, you sure can!
But just know that chicken breasts dry out more than chicken thighs when you bake them. If you want really juicy chicken, then I suggest baking chicken thighs.
I baked them for about 40 minutes in the oven, but you should temperature check your chicken to know if it’s fully cooked. Chicken needs to reach an internal temperature of 165F before it’s safe to eat.
If you want the chicken thighs to cook faster, lay them out as flat as you can or slice them into thinner pieces.
What To Eat With Chicken Thighs
There are only 2 grams net carbs in each serving of these ranch chicken thighs. That leaves you plenty of macros for the sides!
I like to add a little bit of low-carb garlic butter cauliflower rice on the side. It’s the perfect flavor combination.
If you don’t like cauliflower rice, you might like my mashed cauliflower recipe instead.
Another popular choice is to serve it with something colder like an easy keto broccoli salad. If you love green beans, make your favorite green bean casserole on the side.
How To Store Cooked Chicken
Ranch chicken thighs are is the perfect meal to add to your weekly meal prep! Store your cooked chicken in an airtight food storage container and keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
You can also freeze it! Store it in a freezer-safe bag and keep it in the freezer for up to six months. Then, reheat the meal in a skillet again. You might need to add some butter.
