This is as much fun to eat as it is to make! Keto fall candy bark looks like the changing fall leaves and tastes like Halloween candy.
Keto Bark
Candy bark is one of my favorite low-carb desserts to make. There are endless ways to customize it and it only takes a few minutes to make!
Sure the chocolate takes a bit of time to set and harden, but the hardest part of this recipe is waiting for that to happen. The last time I made keto bark was when I made a Christmas flavor – Keto White Chocolate Peppermint Bark.
This time around, I added some pecans and walnuts to the melted chocolate, along with some keto peanut butter candies and keto chocolate chips. Keep reading and I’ll share ways to customize this recipe and other recipes you can make with keto white chocolate.
Fall Candy Bark
Everything about this candy bark screams fall! From the orange and white colors to the sweet and salty flavors, this is the best fall treat.
I think the combination of nuts with the yellow and orange candies makes it look like fall trees with the changing leaves. Plus, you just can’t get better than the way chocolate and nuts taste together.
What else can you add to candy bark? Be creative!
Sprinkle some coconut flakes on top or use different types of baking chips. You can even sprinkle the top with some flaked sea salt to give it some contrasting salty flavors.
Keto Candy
For this white chocolate bark, I used Atkins peanut butter candies. They taste just like real Reese’s pieces.
You could even drizzle some keto-friendly melted dark chocolate or caramel syrup on top as swirls. Be creative and make this with your favorite candies.
I added pecans and walnuts to give it some crunch and salty flavors. If you don’t like nuts, just leave them out.
Keto White Chocolate
There are a lot of different brands that make sugar-free white chocolate. I’ve used Lily’s baking chips before but in this recipe I used Bake Believe white chocolate chips.
I love how easily they melt and that they don’t have a funky aftertaste. You can make a lot of things with keto white chocolate, so buy a lot of it!
Make Low-Carb White Chocolate Carrot Cake Balls – they make a good gift. And Keto White Chocolate No Bake Cookies are a good party food.
And Keto Chocolate Dipped Strawberries always hit the spot.
How To Store Candy Bark
The best way to store the white chocolate candy bark is to keep it in an airtight container and store it at room temperature. Keep it in a cool, dark place.
The pantry or kitchen cabinets are ideal.
Can you freeze candy bark? Yes, you can.
Place the candy bark in a single layer and put it in a freezer-safe food storage bag. Then keep the bark frozen for up to six months.
