This keto wreath salad is so beautiful that you could almost use it as the centerpiece at your holiday dinner. Keep reading to get the recipe for my red wine vinaigrette, too!

Wreath Salad
Are you looking for an easy and festive recipe to make for the holidays? This is the one for you!

It’s not just beautiful, it’s nutritious, too! And since it’s a salad, it’s naturally low in carbs.
In fact, no one will be able to tell it’s a keto-friendly recipe. One of the best things about this salad is the combination of flavors and textures.
The crispy baby lettuce is delightful with the crunchy walnuts, chewy cranberries, and soft feta cheese.
And the flavors? They are out of this world!
Sweet spinach, buttery walnuts, sweet and tart cranberries, and salty feta. This is one salad that will disappear!
Keto Wreath Salad
This salad makes enough to feed six people. If you want to double the recipe, I suggest making multiple wreaths.

That will make it easier to serve. And the best part about this salad is that it only takes about 10 minutes to arrange!
Just arrange the lettuce, add the toppings, and mix up the dressing. To save yourself time, you can even make the salad dressing ahead of time.
Use your favorite keto-friendly salad dressing that you bought from the store. I shared a recipe that pairs perfectly with the walnuts and feta cheese.
Any red wine vinaigrette will be perfect with this tasty and fun Christmas salad.
Christmas Wreath Salad
Arranging a green salad into the shape of a wreath is pretty simple! First, find your favorite cutting board or serving tray.

This is the perfect excuse to buy a holiday one if you don’t have one already. Then, spread the greens around in a circle, like a wreath.
Next, sprinkle the toppings evenly throughout the mixed greens. Place the salad dressing in a bowl in the middle or on the side.
Do not add the dressing on top of the salad. If you do, it will make the salad greens get soggy and it won’t look as fresh.
Don’t forget to add a small dressing ladle or spoon so that guests can add dressing to their salad.
What To Eat With Salad
This wreath salad is the perfect side salad to eat with any main course that you’re craving. If you’re craving Italian food, then make a Keto Cottage Cheese Pasta Bake or a delicious keto slow cooker wine and herb chicken recipe.

For something filling, serve a bowl of keto chicken and cauliflower chowder with the wreath salad. And if you’re in the mood for a burger, make some Keto Patty Melts.
Then for dessert, make some keto cranberry bliss bars. They will taste so good – especially since you used cranberries in the salad, too.
Easy Spinach Salad
Save this recipe so you can make the vinaigrette again! It’s a really simple combination of red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt and pepper.

You can use the vinaigrette as a marinade for chicken or pork, or on top of any type of chopped salad that you create.
For the base of the salad, I used a package of spring mix lettuce. Use your favorite kind of lettuce or salad greens.
For the best presentation, use greens that have a bright and vibrant green color. I suggest something like spinach or kale.
