Dill Pickle Cauliflower Salad
This is the ultimate side dish and it tastes just like the potato or egg salad that is popular at potlucks and BBQs. The combination of dill and ranch is surprisingly delicious!

There are so many different layers to this dill pickle cauliflower salad. First, you have a bunch of crunchy ingredients.
From the fresh cauliflower to the crispy red onions and crumbled bacon. Then, you have the tangy dressing with creamy ranch and zesty dill.
All together it’s one of the best ways to enjoy cauliflower. (Yup, you will actually enjoy cauliflower!).
Ranch Cauliflower Salad
Ranch is one of my favorite seasonings. You can literally use it in almost anything.

And when you pair it with fresh dill and dijon mustard, it creates and unforgettable salad dressing. It really makes the cauliflower salad taste like a potato or egg salad.
In fact, I’ve used ranch in a bunch of other recipes before. I used it to make Keto BBQ Chicken Ranch Sheet Pan for dinner.
And I made Keto Ranch Cream Cheese Chicken and Veggies Roll Ups for dinner (and I serve them at parties, too). It basically goes with anything!
Dill Pickle Ranch Salad
Yes, I literally chopped up some dill pickles and added them to the salad! That takes a bit of time, so if you want a shortcut, just add 1/4 a cup of dill pickle relish. It’s just chopped pickles.

I prefer to chop the pickles myself because I like to add spicy dill pickles! There are so many different types of keto-friendly pickles out there. Have fun and get creative.
As you read this recipe, you’ll notice that there is a lot of food prep that goes on. You have to chop the eggs, chop the pickles, cook and chop the bacon and chopp the celery and onions.
If you want to save yourself time, do as much food prep ahead of time as you can. Store the ingredients in separate containers and then just mix everything up when you’re ready!
Cauliflower Substitute In Salad
If you’re really not in the mood for cauliflower, you can use broccoli as a substitute. In fact, that’s what I used when I made my Keto Bacon Ranch Chopped Salad (which is really similar to this one).

You have a lot of other options that you can choose from as well. How about cucumbers and radishes?
Pickles are basically cucumbers, so the flavors will go well together. Or replace the steamed cauliflower with lightly steamed asparagus. It will give the salad a fantastic flavor and color.
How To Store Salad
Can you add cauliflower salad to your meal prep? Yes, you can! Store the cauliflower salad in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. 
I prefer to store all the salad ingredients in one container and the dressing in another one.
Then, I mix it up right before I eat. This gives me the best texture.

INGREDIENTS:
- Head of cauliflower – chopped into bite sized pieces
- Celery stalk – chopped
- Green onions – sliced
- Red onion – chopped
- Bacon – cooked & crumbled
- Hard boiled eggs – chopped
- Dill pickles – chopped
- Mayo
- Sour cream
- Dijon mustard
- Fresh dill
- Keto ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Boil cauliflower in a pot of water for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, celery, green onions, red onion and hard boiled eggs.

Add mayo, sour cream, dijon, fresh dill and keto ranch seasoning. Stir well. Fold in the crumbled bacon and chopped pickles.

Garnish with additional fresh dill and green onions, if desired. Add salt and pepper to taste. ENJOY!

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower chopped into bite sized pieces
- 1 Celery Stalk Chopped
- 2 Green Onions Sliced
- 1/4 cup Red Onion chopped
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs chopped
- 1/3 cup Dill Pickles chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Fresh Dill
- 1 tbsp Keto Ranch Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
