Remake the famous Jersey Mike’s recipe into a delicious dip! Keto sub in a tub dip is filled with deli meat, cheese, and creamy vinaigrette.

Sub In A Tub
Have you heard of the Jersey Mike’s Sub In A Tub? Jersey Mike’s is famous for their sub sandwiches and they offer a low-carb alternative – a Sub in a Tub.

This is basically all of your favorite cold-cut ingredients in a bowl without the bread. Then, they use a knife to chop it all up so it’s easier to eat.
Then, they add a vinegar and oil dressing on top. They call this “Mike’s Way!” Well, I took this idea and instead of making another Sub in A Tub, I created a creamy dip.
The dip is a lot of fun to eat and the only thing I changed is the salad dressing. You could eat this with a fork, like any other salad, if you wanted to.
Sub Dip
The sub is made with three different types of meat, one type of cheese, and lots of low-carb veggies that you might see used as toppings for sub sandwiches.

Then, I made a creamy vinaigrette to tie it all together. The dressing is made with a combination of oregano, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, and red wine vinegar.
What are the best types of keto-friendly dippers to use with the sub dip? You’ll definitely want something that’s strong, since this is a hearty dip.
I suggest using sliced cucumbers or bell peppers. You could also use some keto-friendly chips, as long as they will be able to handle the meat and cheese.
Meat and Cheese Dip
Cheese doesn’t have any carbs, so you can add as many different types of cheese as you want to, without changing the carb count. And since there are only 2 grams net carbs in each serving, feel free to be creat

I used sliced Provolone because it’s what you normally find on a Sub Sandwich.
Browse the cheese aisle and add some sliced cheese from around the world. Go spicy with Habanero cheddar.
Or get creamy with some gruyere. You could also mix in some feta cheese or use goat cheese.
Deli Meat Dip
For this deli meat dip, I used three different kinds of meat. I used a mixture of pepperoni, salami, and deli ham.

But if you wanted to, you can replace any of them with your favorite cold cuts. Try it with deli turkey, chicken, or even thinly-sliced roast beef.
If you’re going to make this ahead of time, I suggest storing the dip and the dressing in different containers. That way, the creaminess from the mayo and Greek yogurt won’t make the veggies soggy.
Personally, I suggest making this fresh. The vinegar will cause the mayo and yogurt to separate as they sit in the fridge.
Keto Snacks
Do you like to snack on the keto diet? I do! As long as I stay within my macros, I listen to my body and feed it when I’m hungry. Since there are only 2 grams net carbs in each serving, this is a guilt-free keto snack.

I have a bunch of other keto snacks you might like with this dip (or on another day). Keto Cheesy Beef Roll Ups taste like a cheeseburger. And Keto Cinnamon Cream Cheese Bites are a simple but tasty dessert. For something richer, make Keto Chocolate Pecan Pie Muffins.
And if you like party food, then make either Low Carb Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip, Keto Herb Roasted Nuts, or both!
