Valentine’s Day Shooters
These cute little desserts are the perfect thing to enjoy on Valentine’s Day with your love, partner, kids, or even by yourself. Save this recipe as an easy last-minute dessert too.
Once you have all the ingredients, they only take 15 minutes to make, from start to finish!
These little treats are fun no-bake desserts that look and taste like the ultimate Valentine’s Day desserts. And with only 2 grams of net carbs in each shooter, you can have more than one!
Dessert Shots
If you’re hosting a Valentine’s Day party, then put these little dessert shots on the menu! They are already individually portioned, so you don’t have to worry about serving them at the party. Just set out the shooters and let the guests pick them up.
If you want to make them before the party, I suggest only storing them in the fridge for up to two days. Add the whipped cream on top right before you serve them. When you make them ahead, seal each shooter with plastic wrap so you keep the air off of them.
Shot Glass Dessert
A shot glass is a perfect thing to use to serve delicate whipped desserts like this strawberry one. I love creating themed shooter desserts for each holiday.
For Christmas, I made red and green keto white chocolate shooters. You could use that same recipe and make green and white shooters on St. Patrick’s Day or make them red, white, and blue for patriotic dessert shooters.
Around Christmas I also make some really popular keto eggnog cheesecake shooters. They taste just like eggnog.
For the fall, I made some yellow and orange candy corn keto cheesecake shooters.
Take these ideas and make them to match your favorite sport’s team’s colors and serve them at football game parties. Or match them to your wedding colors and serve them at a bridal party.
The ideas are endless!
Keto Valentine’s Day Dessert
There are two flavors that are typically associated with Valentine’s Day – chocolate and strawberries! That’s why I made some keto chocolate-dipped strawberries. They are keto-friendly and a lot of fun to make!
If you prefer just chocolate, make some light and creamy keto chocolate mousse. You could serve the mousse in a shot glass, too!
Keto Strawberry Dessert
As sweet as they are, it’s pretty incredible that strawberries are a low-carb fruit! I love using them in recipes and shared a lot fo my favorite keto strawberry recipes at the bottom of this post.
If you can’t get enough of strawberries with chocolate, make some keto strawberry chocolate cheesecake bark. It tastes just like a candy bar.
Or make some no-bake strawberry cheesecake bites. They take almost no time at all to make!
