Only 3 grams net carbs in each serving, these low-carb cream cheese pinwheels are a sweet and savory snack or appetizer.

Cranberry Cream Cheese Pinwheels
Whenever you’re feeling hungry between meals, grab something that’s high in healthy fats. It will fill you up without adding a whole lot of macros.

Healthy fats will also help you feel full for longer. That’s why I love these pinwheels.
They are so rich that they keep you feeling full until your next meal. But these pinwheels have a balance of sweet and savory flavors, too.
The dried cranberries are delightfully sweet while the green onions and feta cheese round out the savory notes. They are the perfect thing to eat when you can’t figure out what you’re craving.
Low-Carb Pinwheels
This recipe was inspired by the other non-keto recipes I’ve made before – keto Italian pinwheels are some of my most popular ones. And it turns out that all you have to do is use zero carb tortillas.
All the other ingredients are naturally low in carbs. You can change this recipe to match your tastes in many ways.
For example, any kind of dried fruit can be a perfect substitute for the dried cranberries. The sugar-free honey is optional.
If you don’t have any, you can use sugar-free syrup of any kind.
Best Keto Tortillas
What is your favorite kind of keto-friendly tortilla? There are several different kinds.

To make your choice, read the ingredients and nutrition label and buy the one that fits your food values. I usually prefer the zero carb tortillas from Mission.
It is easier to make these pinwheels with larger tortillas. So the La Banderita Carb Counter tortillas are the perfect size and there are only 2 grams net carbs in each tortilla.
Keto Appetizers
These pinwheels are colorful, cheesy, and so tasty! You’ll want to show them off and share them at a party.

Serve them with some more of your favorite keto-friendly appetizers. Keto pumpkin cinnamon muffins are delicious.
Or make a plate of other finger foods. Keto air fryer chocolate peanut butter bites are sweet and keto boursin roll-ups are savory and keto dill pickle chicken fritters are crispy and addicting.
How To Store Pinwheels
Save yourself time and make the pinwheels ahead of time or add them to your meal prep. Make the pinwheels and store them in an airtight food storage container or bag.

Then, serve or eat them within three days. The sooner you serve them, the better they will taste.
I don’t recommend trying to freeze them. When they thaw, the texture will change too much.

Here’s the list of ingredients (and step by step pictures) that you’ll need to make this low-carb cranberry cream cheese pinwheels recipe. The exact measurements and instructions are in the printable recipe card, just a little below.
Servings: approximately 30-40 pinwheels, depending on how thick you slice them.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Carbs: 3 grams net carbs

Ingredients
- Large Keto Tortillas
- Cream Cheese
- Feta Cheese
- Sugar-Free Dried Cranberries
- Green Onions
- Sugar-Free Honey
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, feta, cranberries and chopped green onions. Mix well.

If you are adding the sugar free honey, stir it into the cream cheese mixture. I like to add this additional sweetness to the pinwheels.
It helps cut through all the salty/savory ingredients.

Divide the mixture evenly onto 5 keto tortillas.

Spread evenly, then roll the tortillas up. Place them in your refrigerator for 15 minutes, to help the mixture firm up a bit.

Remove from the refrigerator and slice into 1 ½ inch thick slices.
