I tried this today with left-over pork roast! Also, used coconut aminos instead of soy sauce..
It turned out delicious… this will be a repeat at my house!
I had this for dinner this evening and it was delish! I did substitute the ground sausage for ground turkey, used the entire bag of cole slaw mix (10 cups), added 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce. It was so yummy ?. Thanks for the recipe!
I used the same thing you did Noy. It was so good!! Love this recipe. I am on WW and this is zero points for me. I will eat this a lot!
This is a wonderful recipe! I add either a pinch or ground clove and pinch of cinnamon or instead, a pinch of Chinese 5 spice powder… really ups the egg roll flavor for some odd reason! Try it!
This was delicious! Added a bit of cilantro and crushed red pepper. A little more soy sauce at the end. It was supposed to be saved for lunch for work but the family kept eating it. Back to the store for more ingredients to make it again. It’s a keeper.
For us, good news and bad news with this recipe. The good: not only does it taste so much like an egg roll, but it’s crazy easy to make. The bad: it tastes so much like an egg roll that I kept feeling like I was missing something and couldn’t fully enjoy it. I’ve got to brain storm something keto, crispy and chip-like to eat with this because I just want more texture. But the flavors are great.
Aldi has crackers made from cauliflower. Maybe that would work?
I’m going to crush up some slivered almonds for crunch.
Not quite chip like, but we use butter lettuce leaves. They’re quite a bit thicker texture than other lettuces and it tricks your mind that you’re having a “roll”! It’s got a good crunch, too!
What about a water chestnut? That would be crunchy.
Try cut da carb wraps. I’m planning to try this recipe using them. They are great.
We loved this and will make it again. I added some air fried jalapeños for crunchy.
Try celeriac for chips
I always use crispy onion straws for that crunch
After you stir in everything, do you continue to cook it?
I made this with ground chicken and topped it with hoisin sauce for an extra kick! Love this dish!
I’m going to buy the ingredients to make it and I already have hoisin sauce, thank you for the idea! I’m going to try it!!
Looks good! How many people does this serve?
This is absolutely delicious! My family loved it. I’ve shared it with everyone in my office. Thank you!
What are the nutritional facts on this recipe? Wondering how many servings and how many carbs per serving? AND ALL YOUR RECIPES? IS SOY SAUCE KETO? I THOUGHT ONLY SOMETHING LIKE RED BOAT FISH SAUCE CAN BE USED AS SOY SAUCE REPLACEMENT………. AM I WRONG? THANKS
Coconut Aminos (Soy Sauce Alternative) is a great source of sodium and electrolytes so it’s perfect if you’re experiencing a bit of the keto flu! It’s great for those with gluten allergies or anyone who wants to avoid (even fermented) soy,
Regular doses of soy aren’t recommended for a ketogenic diet. It’s a higher carb food, usually very processed, and just isn’t that good of quality to begin with.
How long does this last in frig? In regards to food prepping for the week
Covered up to 2-3 days.

Ground pork sausage but I’ve also used breakfast and mild Italian sausage and they both taste just as good.
I made this tonight for dinner and the picky kids in my house even liked it! I will definitely make it again! I used beef instead of sausage and broccoli slaw mix. It was perfect!

Sounds delicious
When I make this I use ground pork….and add onions, bean sprouts ,water chestnuts, mushrooms, soy sauce…………that what I use when I make actual egg rolls too.
I add onions, mushrooms, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, tamari, (which is gluten free), but I do not make egg rolls. I have used soft lettuce before to make a wrap however, and it’s yummy and very filling. I find these additional ingredients make it taste more like an egg roll.
I’ve used sausage and I’ve used hamburger. I like the sausage better! I think it tastes better!
It wS exclent. We used ground pork, onion, mushrooms, powered ginger, garlic cloves, low sodium soy sauce, apple c8sercidvinegar, pepper no salt. Not time going to double recipe & marinase over night. So good but wasn’t enough for us so will double. Added riced cauliflower
This was absolutely delicious! Family loved it I used 2 lbs ground beef abd 1 lb. Deans Hot sausage both…. Omgosh…Yum!!!
Delicious. I used the family pack of lean ground turkey, fresh garlic, used hoisin sauce as recommended by others. I used 1 bag of coleslaw and 1 bag of broccoli slaw. Great filling, healthy recipe! Thanks for posting.
Very good after the addition of some sweetness from a llitile brown sugar and plum jam, which it needed. I used ground chicken.
