This low-carb fluffy cheesecake dip only has three easy ingredients! Learn how to make it extra fluffy and which fruits are best on keto.

Low-Carb Fruit Dip
When you’re in the mood for something sweet, but don’t want to go through all the effort of baking (or waiting for no-bake cookies to set), this is this recipe you should reach for. Yes, there are literally three ingredients and when you mix it up, it gets delightfully fluffy!

This is the perfect dip to use with fruit. Or, grab some sugar-free keto cookies and use them as dippers!
And if you’re really hungry and just want something quickly, grab a spoon. It tastes just as good by itself, too. That’s because it tastes just like a slice of cheesecake! But instead of cream cheese, I used Greek yogurt. This makes it easier to dip and prevents it from tasting too rich.
Cheesecake Dip
So, what’s in the cheesecake dip? Well, plain Greek yogurt (of course), sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, and a dash of vanilla extract.

Be careful with the Greek yogurt. Always read the ingredient labels. Don’t accidentally use a sweetened yogurt. If you use vanilla Greek yogurt, that’s fine. Just skip the additional vanilla in the recipe.
The sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix has the perfect balance of flavors for the creamy dip. But if you wanted to use a different flavor, go ahead!
In fact, this is the easiest way to make up your own kind of dip. Try it with any sugar-free pudding mix that you like. I’ve made other variations of cheesecake dip before. I loved my easy lemon cheesecake dip and pumpkin cheesecake dip a lot.
Low-Carb Yogurt Dip
There are some super-simple ways to change this recipe for every holiday. If you make any changes to it, please let me know in the comments or tag me on social media!

If you’re making this for the holidays, split it in half and make one half red and the other green. Then, serve it in separate bowls. It will look so festive!
You can also add some texture to the light and fluffy dip. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top or add coconut flakes.
Leave the texture right on top so that people can choose to eat it or not, since not everyone likes a bit of crunch with their fluffy dip.
Best Keto Fruit
I think that fruit will taste best with this easy fluffy dip. So, what are the best types of fruit to eat on keto?

My favorite is strawberries. One cup of strawberries has 11.7 grams of carbs. After that, it’s raspberries.
There are 2.3 grams of carbs in 10 raspberries! Blackberries are another fantastic choice because there are 13 grams of carbs in one cup.
As much as I love peaches, avoid them on keto, or eat them in moderation. One medium peach has about 14 grams of carbs.
Other high-carb fruit that isn’t a good idea on keto include apples, grapes, dates, pears, and bananas.
Low-Carb Dip
From sweet to savory, I love making dips! They’re fun and easy to eat for lunch and make the perfect thing to share at a party.

Search my site for keto dip recipes and you’ll find a bunch of new ones to try (but I’ll share my favorites for you here).
My Low Carb Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip tastes best with raw veggies. For the holidays, you can’t go wrong with Keto Cranberry White Cheddar Dip.
When you’re craving seafood, make some Keto Shrimp Scampi Dip. Finally, my Keto Pumpkin Veggie Dip is always a popular one to make every fall.
This fluffy yogurt dip will taste perfect with any of these dips!
