Honey Garlic Shrimp and Sausage
Jazz up your dinner and make a meal that doesn’t taste like anything else you’ve ever made. This easy honey garlic shrimp and sausage meal is ready in 30 minutes.

It has the meat and veggies all in one skillet – so it’s a complete dinner in one dish. It’s all cooked in your favorite Italian herbs and spices, so you know you’re going to love it.
I kept this recipe simple on purpose. This allows you to put your own creative flair to it.
Do you want it to have more heat? Add some red pepper flakes.
Want it to taste sweeter? Add more sugar-free honey. Have fun with it!
Keto Shrimp and Sausage
Since this recipe uses both seafood and land food in one dish, you could call it a surf and turf meal. I love how the light, juicy shrimp pairs with the bold smoked sausage.

Any flavor or variety of smoked sausage will work perfect in this meal. Try it with some spicy sausage!
For the shrimp, I suggest using large or jumbo shrimp. Otherwise, the shrimp pieces will be so small that they won’t have much flavor.
Don’t forget to peel and devein them and remove the tails.
Low-Carb Garlic Shrimp
I love cooking with shrimp! It cooks so quickly and always tastes incredible.

If you want to find more ways to make keto-friendly shrimp recipes, search my blog! You can use the shrimp in salad, soup, and even pasta.
But garlic is one of the best flavors to use when you cook shrimp. While I usually don’t mind using garlic salt or garlic powder instead of real garlic, in this case, you should use fresh.
The minced garlic will give off a powerful aroma as it simmers and sautees. You can’t get that from the dried powder.
What To Eat With Shrimp
This is a hearty recipe that’s an entire meal in one dish. I like to make a copycat Olive Garden Salad on the side but if you want to try something different, make the popular Keto Tiktok Mini Peppers and Cucumber Salad.

My kids love it when I make keto garlic knots with any meal and they taste really good with the shrimp and sausage. For dessert, Crispy Keto Blueberry Cream Cheese Roll-Ups hit the spot!
Shrimp Meal Prep
This meal will taste fantastic all week long, so add it to your weekly meal prep. Store the shrimp, sausage, and green beans in an airtight food storage container.

I suggest eating it within three days. You can freeze it, too.
Store the meal in a freezer-safe food storage bag and keep it in the freezer for up to six months.
