This salad recipe makes four servings, and each serving has 4 grams net carbs. To save yourself time, you could buy matchstick carrots from the store.

They are just as nutritious and whole carrots. But if you have some whole carrots in your garden or refrigerator, shred them!
The fresh dill really takes this salad from tasty to amazing! It adds bright and almost sweet flavors.
Trust me, don’t use dried dill. Fresh dill is super aromatic and adds a lot more flavor.
Creamy Keto Salad Dressing
To make my salad dressing, I used a combination of sugar-free honey, sour cream, mayonnaise, and red wine vinegar. I love how this tastes when I use it to make coleslaw and it tastes just as good with carrots and radishes.

This salad dressing is both sweet and tangy. Feel free to use plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
It will still taste just as delicious! And if you don’t have red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar will taste just as good.
What To Eat With Salad
This salad is made without any meat, so it’s the perfect side dish with whatever main course you make. Try it with either keto TikTok protein lasagna or some keto TikTok chicken cobbler.

Keep it simple and serve it with a steak on the side. For dessert, make either keto strawberry lemon blondies or low-carb strawberry pretzel salad.
Since it’s such a simple salad, keep the sides and dessert simple, too.
How To Store Carrot Salad
I suggest storing the veggies separately from the dressing. This will prevent the dressing from separating and not looking as good together.

The salad with the dressing will stay fresh in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
The creamy dressing will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week. This recipe is so easy to make that I suggest making it fresh each time.
