Keto Crockpot Chicken
If your idea of a perfect meal involves meat and veggies smothered in cheese, then let me introduce cheesy keto crockpot chicken to you. It’s ready in just two hours, and is so basic that you can use this to make a huge range of creative recipes.
I’ll even share a few creative ideas for you below!
There are 6 grams net carbs in each serving, so this is a filling and hearty meal. It’s perfect for anyone on a keto diet and fits into any meal.
Try it for lunch or dinner! And if you have family members that aren’t on keto, serve it with some pasta or potatoes for them and you have a complete meal.
Cheesy Slow Cooker Chicken
If you’ve made any of my other keto chicken recipes on Stylish Cravings, you know I like to keep things simple so you can make it taste exactly how you want it to. And I did it again with this cheesy slow cooker chicken!
Sure, it tastes amazing just like it is, but I’ve got a few ideas you can try. If you change my recipe, let me know in the comments.
To give the recipe some difference in textures, add some crispy toppings on top. Pork rind crumbs, shredded parm, or even fresh sliced green onions are really great choices or make a ranch chicken by sprinkling a tablespoon of ranch seasoning into the cheesy sauce.
Then, serve it like it is or place it on top of keto noodles or zoodles. Finally, if you like Italian food, then sprinkle some fresh diced tomatoes on top with fresh parsley!
Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli Casserole
Other than the potatoes and pasta ideas I shared earlier, there are a few different things you can serve with the chicken and broccoli to make it a completely meal. A bowl of keto sliced cucumber chicken salad will be perfect with the chicken or add heat with some keto jalapeno deviled eggs.
For something sweet, make some keto gingerbread latte cookies or keto pink peppermint cheesecake. They are perfect during the holiday months!
Keto Cheesy Chicken Casserole
Whether you make this fresh for dinner or make it at the start of your week ahead of time, this keto cheesy chicken casserole will still keep it’s outstanding flavor. Store your cooked casserole in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Then you can reheat it in the microwave, oven, or on the stove. Yes, you can freeze it, too!
Place your cooked casserole in a freezer-safe food storage bag and keep it in the freezer for up to six months. Then, either reheat it in the oven or slow cooker.
For the best results, I suggest letting it thaw in the refrigerator overnight first.
Leftover Turkey Casserole
I made a non-keto version of this recipe before, and then made another low-carb version with bacon. You basically can’t get much better than cheese, chicken, and broccoli!
It’s a classic combo and this recipe is a cinch to make with leftover chicken. It tastes just as good with breast or thigh meat.
If you have a bunch of leftover turkey from Thanksgiving, use it instead! Yes, cooked turkey tastes incredible with broccoli and a creamy cheese sauce on top.
In fact, it’s a wonderful way to use up your turkey without it tasting like Thanksgiving turkey all over again.
