These homemade hot pockets only have 5 grams net carbs each! Keto crack chicken hot pockets are full of cheesy goodness!

What Is Crack Chicken
Crack chicken is one of my favorite types of recipes to make on the keto diet. It’s basically a combination of chicken, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and bacon.

Some recipes include cheddar cheese, too. I’ve made a bunch of variations of crack chicken here on Stylish Cravings.
Keto cucumber crack dip is a party fav, and keto crack chicken enchiladas are awesome on Taco Tuesday. I’ve also made keto crack biscuits and keto crack slaw.
This time, I took the ingredients and made some homemade copycat Hot Pockets. They have the same ranch and cheese flavor that you love so much.
I put them in the air fryer and made them nice and crispy. These homemade hot pockets are made without any flour, so they’re a good recipe for anyone that can’t have gluten or nuts.
Crack Chicken Pockets
Yes, I made the cheesy chicken pockets without any flour.

How does that work? Well, I used ground chicken to make meatballs.
Then, I flattened them and spread the cream and cheddar cheese mixture to middle of the chicken and folded it in half. With the ground chicken on the outside, I put them in the air fryer and let them get all nice and crispy.
See? You don’t need almond or coconut flour to make food that’s tasty and crispy!
Since I used ground chicken, you also don’t have to touch icky raw chicken breasts or thighs. (It’s ok to admit that it bothers you, I get it).
Homemade Hot Pockets
Unlike traditional hot pockets, these are made without flour. This makes them lower in carbs (only 5 grams net carbs each) and really high in protein.

Plus, with the cream cheese and bacon filling, they are high in healthy fats, too.
These homemade Hot Pockets make a perfect lunch. They are ready in about 30 minutes, so you can eat them hot and fresh out of the air fryer.
Keto Chicken Hot Pockets
I use ground chicken for the Hot Pockets, but could you use a different kind of ground protein? Yes, you sure could!

I suggest using one that’s low in saturated fat (so no ground beef). But these keto crack chicken pockets will taste delicious if you make them with ground turkey or even ground pork.
What about seasoning for the filling? You can make the filling taste however you want them to.
I made them zesty, with familiar Italian and ranch seasoning. But if you want it to be spicy, use pepper jack cheese and some red pepper flakes.
You could even add a few diced jalapenos to the cream cheese mixture. Yum!
How To Freeze Homemade Hot Pockets
One of the best things about these homemade Hot Pockets is that you can freeze them and eat them later. Cook them, let them cool, and then wrap each one up in plastic wrap.

Store them in a resealable freezer-safe bag and remove as much air as possible.
Keep the keto Hot Pockets in the freezer for up to six months. Let them thaw and then reheat them in the air fryer.
