If deviled eggs are your favorite snack or appetizer, then you’ve got to make this low-carb deviled egg dip. Same flavor, but in a dip!
Deviled Egg Dip
Are you one of those people that could eat an entire lunch of just deviled eggs? I am too!
Deviled eggs are kinda messy and difficult to eat. That’s why I created this dip. It has all the flavors of deviled eggs, but you can eat it up by the spoonfuls.
I basically took all the ingredients for deviled eggs, add some cream cheese to make it thicker, and add it all to a food processor. The result is a creamy dip that tastes just like your favorite deviled eggs.
Eat it for lunch or serve it at a party. It’s perfect any time.
Keep reading and I’ll share my favorite tips and ways that you can customize the dip to make it taste how you want it to.
Keto Deviled Egg Dip
To be honest, almost any deviled egg dip recipe you find will be keto-friendly. That’s because all of the ingredients are good on the keto diet.
As long as you use dill relish and not sweet relish, this is a naturally low-carb dip that will fill you up. But I suggest using a blender or food processor for this recipe.
You won’t get a creamy or smooth consistency if you try to mix it by hand. And the smooth consistency is one of the best things about this dip.
You really need either a blender or a food processor. An immersion blender might work, but a hand mixer won’t make it as smooth.
Easy Keto Dip
There are a lot of different ways to make this easy keto dip taste just how you want it to.
Do you want a spicy deviled egg dip? Then mix in some diced jalapenos or a splash of hot sauce.
If you like just a tiny bit of heat, then use spicy mayo instead of jalapenos.
For different textures in your dips sprinkle in some sliced green onions and chopped bacon on top. It will give you some different flavors at the same time!
You could also take some tips from my keto guacamole deviled eggs and replace the cream cheese in this dip with avocados. It will turn the dip green, but it tastes so good this way!
Keto Dippers
If you’re short on time, then grab a back of keto-friendly chips (or cauliflower crisps) and dig in! It’s that easy!
If you have some extra time, use one of my recipes as dippers for the deviled egg dip. Start out with some crispy keto cauliflower wings.
Then add some keto zero net carb chips. In fact, the chips are my favorite things to eat with the deviled egg dip!
You can also make some keto chili lime tortilla chips or keto salt and vinegar zucchini chips. And you can never go wrong with some keto cottage cheese flatbread.
How To Store Dip
Make this dip ahead of time and it will be ready for your lunch or party. Store your deviled egg dip in an airtight food storage container.
Keep it in the refrigerator and eat it within two or three days. You might have to stir it up again, but it will be safe to eat.
Do not try to freeze the dip. It won’t turn out very good when you thaw it.
If you know you won’t have much time, hardboil the eggs ahead of time and then just add everything to the food processor right before you serve the dip.
