Use these keto zero net carb chips with queso, salsa, cheesecake dip, or to munch on when you’re hungry. There are just three ingredients in these tasty chips.
Zero Net Carb Chips
Finally, guilt-free chips! You can eat them with anything and don’t have to count how much you eat.
They’re made with just three ingredients – egg whites, parmesan cheese, and everything bagel seasoning. When you bake them, they turn out just as crispy and crunchy as potato chips – and they taste just as good as them too.
These are different from my first version of keto everything bagel cheese chips. Those are made by baking three types of cheese – cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan.
They have a distinctly cheesy flavor. These zero net carb chips are made with egg whites, so they don’t taste cheesy,
Homemade Keto Chips
I’ve made keto-friendly chips out of a lot of things before and they all have their unique flavors and textures. Keto chili lime tortilla chips are perfect for taco night, keto salt and vinegar zucchini chips are crispy and zesty, and keto jalapeno chips bring the heat.
But these are the first chips I’ve made that actually have no carbs and they taste just like potato chips. They don’t have the greasy texture that cheese crisps have. Make a big batch, because they are hard to stop eating.
Everything Bagel Chips
Everything bagel seasoning seems like it goes with so many different flavors! I love eating everything bagels and it tastes just as good on these chips.
The combination of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion and salt is incredible. It’s peppery, bold, and just salty enough to taste good.
The seasoning is the easiest way to change the flavor of these chips. Instead of everything bagel seasoning, sprinkle some garlic and onion powder on top.
Make them basic with just flaked sea salt. If you want spicy chips, then add some red pepper flakes to them before they bake.
What To Eat With Cheese Crisps
What you eat with the chips depends on when you’re eating them. If you’re serving them at a party, make a double or triple batch of them and set them on the table with some Keto avocado chips.
If you’re in the mood for some chips and dip, then grab a bowl of Easy restaurant-style salsa.
These keto-friendly chips can also be part of a healthy lunch, too. My Keto zucchini fritters are also crispy and high in fiber, so you can easily eat more veggies.
How To Store Cheese Chips
If you actually have extras left over to store, you have more self-control than I do! I’m kidding, but you really will enjoy them that much. This recipe only makes 12 chips, so it’s easy to all of them in one sitting.
