I’m a creature of habit and with the constant commotion that work brings to my days, the need to meal plan is always there.

Low-Carb Easy To Make Egg Roll In A Bowl

We’ve been sticking to specific meals, but recently we decided to switch things up a bit and try to incorporate not only meatless meal nights but also carb-free nights. Below is a new favorite of ours. It’s a simple low-carb egg roll in a bowl.

This egg roll in a bowl is a delicious alternative to the classic egg roll! It’s got all the tasty flavors of an egg roll without the carbs and only takes 10-15 minutes to make – you can’t beat that!

We make this ask the time. Love this recipe! I usually crack about three eggs into it to add some “scrambled” eggs. And we add sriracha. Thanks for the recipe!

It says 15 minutes cook time. Is that total cook time including browning the meat or is that 15 minutes after you add the slaw? I can’t wait to try this!

Can I switch out the meat and use shrimp?
If so how is it prepared if I’m not using a pan to fry &crumble the meat?

We cook regular ground pork with some sesame oil, and add bean sprouts along with the coleslaw mix. Always a huge hit in our house. DELISH!!

Was looking so forward to making this, when I was ready,I only had sausage links. Not one to let such a small thing stand in my way, I went for it. Turned out great. I did add some sunflower seeds for some extra crunch. Wish I had remembered the seseme oil! Definitely making again!

Love this recipe!!!!! I started with frying onion and garlic then added the coleslaw mix (400g) plus a bag of rainbow salad (broccoli, carrot, red cabbage, kohlrabi, cauliflower- 340g) soya sauce and ginger plus I used chopped chicken. And I do freeze it no problem! I’d use any meat I had ready.

Do you really use 7 cups of coleslaw mix? That seems like a lot.
