The meat in this ruined it for us. We made a veggie version and it was great.
My mom and I don’t live near each other but we cooked this together (along with a glass of wine!) on “WhatsApp” on our cell phones! We had so much fun and our dinner was delicious following the recipe exactly as it’s written! We can’t wait to cook together again soon!
After making thIs the first time with ground turkey, I realized it reminded me of mu shu pork. This time I made it with Italian sausage and scrambled a couple eggs with the meat. So good! Both times I added sriracha and hoisin sauce and ate it in a whole wheat pita.
Will definitely be making this again
This was fantastic!! I had to shred cabbage (the store was out of the coleslaw mix), used spicy ground sausage, and added an onion . Topped it with green onion and crushed red pepper. This is probably one of the best dishes I have ever tried! So yummy! Will definitely make again!
This is very quick to make!!! I used ground turkey and had to add seasoning to it but it needed a little more. I will make again and just know to add a little more seasoning but it’s a keeper!
Cooking tonight 1st time
I was thinking of using it as a bell pepper stuffing
Do you serve this hot or cold? Can you use sweet and sour sauce instead of soy sauce?
How much potassium is in this per serving ?
So very good. It’s super easy and amazing.
This is sooo good!!!
Great recipe. Tastes somewhat bland so I added a little salt. I will try it over riced cauliflower. I used ground turkey.
What would you suggest the sides with us recipe

Wow! A nice change of pace and a great recipe to satisfy my Asian food cravings. Soooo delicious”
Since I couldn’t find enough coleslaw mix, I sautéed sliced baby Asian eggplants with vegan sausage in a bit of olive oil and sesame oil, before adding in the seasoning. I also added about 1/2 c of vegetable stock, a T of nutritional yeast. Served with brown rice noodles and topped with spicy sprouts. Hub licked his plate.
