Keto Meatloaf
After making my Low Carb Air Fryer Meatloaf, I wanted to find new ways to change it up while staying within my macros. The original version was incredibly basic (which my kids loved).
So, to change it up, I updated the spices and added cheese and caramelized onions on top. This keto French onion meatloaf is made with almond flour instead of breadcrumbs and flavored with French onion soup mix.
Even after adding onions and all those spices, there are still just 4 grams of net carbs in each serving. And this recipe makes six servings, so it’s plenty for your family dinner.
Is French Onion Soup Mix Keto Friendly?
It’s a good idea to always check labels before you buy pre-made ingredients, like French onion soup mix. According to Lipton’s website, There are 4 grams of carbs in one tablespoon.
So I suggest finding a keto-friendly packet or making your own. But once you fine one that works for you, there are so many things you can make with it (including this meatloaf).
