Seafood Boil Deviled Eggs
There’s nothing quite like a seafood boil! Smoked sausage, shrimp, and all your favorite seafood meats mingle with a buttery, garlicky, spicy seasoning.

And if you live anywhere near Maryland, you know that every seafood boil is seasoned with Old Bay seasoning.
I took all the flavors and ingredients in a seafood boil and created the ultimate deviled eggs. I combined shrimp and andouille sausage to make a meaty topping for the deviled eggs but it’s the deviled egg filling that really stands out.
In fact, you can make the deviled eggs with or without the shrimp and sausage on top! It will still have such a big flavor that you’ll wake up your tastebuds.
Shrimp Deviled Eggs
What size shrimp should you add on top of deviled eggs? I used large shrimp and left the tails on.

This way, I can pick them up and eat them separately from the deviled eggs. But mini shrimp pieces without the tails will work, too!
In fact, they might fit better on top so you can eat them all together.
I also sliced the andouille sausage into 1/4-inch slices. But you can slice them thinner or even cut the slices in half if you want them to fit on top of the deviled eggs better.
I love how the large pieces of shrimp and sausage overtake the eggs. They look so alluring this way (and we eat with our eyes first).
Keto Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are some of the most fun and easy things to recreate in different ways – and all while staying within the keto diet. These seafood boil deviled eggs are an explosion of flavor.

The filling is as spicy as you make it (and it’s so much fun to make them fiery).
I’ve made other deviled egg recipes before. Try them!
If you like spice, then make some Keto Jalapeno Deviled Eggs. For something with a lot of zing, I suggest making Keto Pickled Deviled Eggs.
But if you want something that’s more classic, then my Low-Carb Million Dollar Deviled Eggs are a popular choice. You might even like my Keto Guacamole Deviled Eggs Recipe.
It’s so creamy.
Spicy Deviled Eggs
You’ve never had deviled eggs like these! The filling is made up of more than just egg yolk, mayo, and mustard.

I added hot sauce and relish, too. Then, I took all the spicy flavors from sauteeing the shrimp and put a bit of that sauce in the filling, too.
All together, this really makes the flavors pop! Every bite will be a huge surprise, and you’ll want to eat them slowly, savoring every note and spice.
Add the hot sauce and Cajun seasoning slowly. Taste the shrimp after you add them and adjust the amount until it tastes how you want it to.
If you really want to add more flair, add a few drops of hot sauce on top of the filling before you put the shrimp and sausage on.
What To Eat With Deviled Eggs
I suggest serving your seafood boil deviled eggs with a bowl of soup. That will make it the perfect lunch!

My favorite is a bowl of low-carb Shepherd’s pie soup.
For something even lighter, make keto turmeric zucchini soup. I think this keto creamy Tuscan sausage soup will taste perfect with the spicy flavors in the deviled eggs.
Not in the mood for soup? If you have some leftover keto green bean casserole bundles, heat them up or munch on some keto copycat Olive Garden Breadsticks with the spicy eggs.
